Jack in the Box

I ordered a large Cluck sandwich combo, plain, add lettuce. Simple no? Apparently not, got given a Cluck sandwich with everything but what I clearly asked for even on the receipt. Worse than that, I've tried calling the place multiple times and got no answer to address the situation. Even the simplest of orders can't be done here.

This is the second time i order something from this specific location late at night and wake up with HORRIBLE stomach issues with no solids being released from my body. DO NOT order from here past 11pm

I ordered a jumbo platter the hash brown they gave me was so dry and over fried I took a bite out of it and the rest fell apart like a potato chips succubus fried three times the eggs had a oily burned taste of them pretty disgusting I know it's fast food but this was bad

Typically I don’t write reviews on fast food locations but me and my family decided to stop for a quick bite at jack. The service was great Evelyn was super kind and patient with us. The food came out quick and hot! We will be coming back

Got pickles instead of jalapeños in my food order :( yuck!

Service here is bad! I just spoke to the spanish lady that is very rude and just laughing for no reason 6/25/2025 at 7:10 AM . ! I called to let them know i’m coming to pick up my online order 2-3 weeks ago that I haven’t pick up coz it was in the wrong address and i told her that i spoke already to one of the employee ( I mentioned her the name) and he told me i can pick up anytime since i am not around the area.. i tried to explain to here but she was just laughing!! Very poor customer service.!!!

Worst experience had to drive back after I was already home. And the fact that the manager try to put the blame on the other employee when she was the one that bagged the food.

We love going to Jack In The Box to get breakfast jacks. This morning we went to grab a couple of Breakfast Jacks and when I took a bite out of my Breakfast Jack it just didn't have the flavor it usually does, and there were some what I'm hoping is burnt pieces. Something crunchy.
Prior to that we were extremely patient as a cashier did not understand english. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation regarding the payment. We were paying my credit card, but we kindly asked if it was possible for them to break a $20 as we needed change to to another provider. She was just not understanding and called what I'm assuming was the manager. The manager seemed very annoyed by her, did not address us, but when I ahead with our request. We would have been fine if they couldn't do it, and stayed very patient throughout it all, but someone else could have easily been irritated.

Love coming here.The people are very friendly.Always remember a regular face and the food is always good.Never had any issues whatsoever here and they are open late on the drive through. And always glad to give my pups a pup cup lol

Spanish women employees are always rude never don’t go here. Also hash browns are burnt to crisp with an after taste
