Typically I don’t write reviews on fast food locations but me and my family decided to stop for a quick bite at jack. The service was great Evelyn was super kind and patient with us. The food came out quick and hot! We will be coming back

Service here is bad! I just spoke to the spanish lady that is very rude and just laughing for no reason 6/25/2025 at 7:10 AM . ! I called to let them know i’m coming to pick up my online order 2-3 weeks ago that I haven’t pick up coz it was in the wrong address and i told her that i spoke already to one of the employee ( I mentioned her the name) and he told me i can pick up anytime since i am not around the area.. i tried to explain to here but she was just laughing!! Very poor customer service.!!!

We love going to Jack In The Box to get breakfast jacks. This morning we went to grab a couple of Breakfast Jacks and when I took a bite out of my Breakfast Jack it just didn't have the flavor it usually does, and there were some what I'm hoping is burnt pieces. Something crunchy.
Prior to that we were extremely patient as a cashier did not understand english. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation regarding the payment. We were paying my credit card, but we kindly asked if it was possible for them to break a $20 as we needed change to to another provider. She was just not understanding and called what I'm assuming was the manager. The manager seemed very annoyed by her, did not address us, but when I ahead with our request. We would have been fine if they couldn't do it, and stayed very patient throughout it all, but someone else could have easily been irritated.

Love coming here.The people are very friendly.Always remember a regular face and the food is always good.Never had any issues whatsoever here and they are open late on the drive through. And always glad to give my pups a pup cup lol

I stopped by this Jack in the Box today to take advantage of my tmobile Tuesday coupon on the jumbo Jack burger. I pick this location because it was on my way back from work. I put in my order over the mobile app and selected a later time. I also got my wife her spicy chicken sandwich, stuffed jalapenos and got regular fries for myself. When I arrived at my pickup time, I was planning on going inside but there was a large moving truck that tooked up the whole parking spots so I had to go to the drive thru line. There was 4 cars in front of me so I had to wait. I just told the person in the drive thru that I was picking up a mobile order. She give me my order quick and I went home to eat it. My fries were basically cold and not warm or hot at all. My jumbo Jack burger, my wife spicy chicken sandwich and her jumbo Jack was all warm so I knew it was fresh. The fries on the other hand I believe just sat out and was not freshly made or put in a warm area to stay fresh so the fries were not good at all. You can see in my picture that the fries were all stuck together when I pour them out on a plate. My jumbo Jack was fine and I customize it. My wife like her spicy chicken sandwich and stuffed jalapenos. I asked for three buttermilk ranch and three ketchup packets when I placed my order, I only got 2 buttermilk, a bunch of ketchup packets and a bunch hot sauce packets for some reason. I would recommend you check your order before leaving and if it's cold then ask for them to remake it.

Today 6/12/2024 Yessenia attended me at the drive thru, she said hello and asked please for my order, she took my order and in addition to not having a good attitude, she gave me what she wanted. I ordered curly fries and lemon soda. On the screen
He saw lemonade, which I didn't order and I told him that I didn't want lemonade that I wanted lemon soda and so that there were no misunderstandings I explained to him that soda is the one that has gas and makes bubbles. And he said yes and that he will go to the window, there I see that they serve regular potatoes and I remind him that I asked for curly potatoes and with a bad attitude he changed them for me but he told another girl to give them to me and between them making faces like If I were a problem. The other young woman gave them to me because she was upset to continue serving me and I had to ask them for my receipt and the whole time I was nice and told her thank you. I left the drive thru and went to look for a place to park and enjoy my food and as I took my drink I realized that he gave me the lemonade that I had told him I didn't want and why I didn't even explain to him that it was the soda with gas, he gave me what he wanted.
This is not the first time, I have come with friends and it is always the same. They make mistakes and then they give you a bad attitude. I will have to go to

McDonald's or any other establishment where they respect customers.
