This place was smelling very bad. I went and told the people working there . They were not ready to listen and nobody bothered to hear 😇😇

Love the number 9, always get it toasted and Mike's way.

Service is terrible... Manager and staff have an issue with the public. Long wait time, poor sitting arrangement.
On multiple visit I was disrespect by staff and management..would recommend to avoid this Jersey Mike's if possible...

At the Granada Hills location, which I frequent on a regular basis, today I was told that the owner does not allow customers to use points with the jersey mike's coupons. I said how could that be especially since I do it all the time. As a jersey mike's member I get coupons and promotions that I've used at several different locations and I've never been told this. I was getting ready to walk away when the young man said he would do it this time as a courtesy. I was surprised to say the least. Also the sandwich maker didn't add the juice to my sandwich which was disappointing to find out when I got home. 😕
I guess I'll just have to stop going to Granada Hills then.

We won’t go back! Don’t know whether the management has changed or just doesn’t care about this place anymore. When attempting to phone in an order there’s no answer. They’ve either unplugged or just ignoring the ring for the past few weeks. The last time we were in several of the customers said the same thing. When we questioned the dark haired woman and so-called manager that was there they stated specifically “BY LAW WE DON’T HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS BY PHONE”. REALLY, what great customer service!
But the worst part of our last visit was that we observed them using the same rag to wipe down everything in back. No concern of where and what the rag was wiping. Additionally, they don’t remove they’re gloves to use the cash register!! They have plexiglass to guard against disease, but who’s guarding us against they’re filthy habits?

Hey Jersey Mike’s in Granada Hills, I ordered online from your app and just wanted to say something about my order. When I got home, I saw my sandwich wasn’t wrapped right. I even took a video cause it was kinda messed up. Luckily, I fixed it before it got worse.Just a heads up, please make sure to wrap the sandwiches properly. It’s not a huge deal but it’s kinda important for it to not fall apart before I even get to eat it. Thanks for listening and for the food though!

What’s the point of a mobile order if the time the order is going to be ready given on the app is not honored? I always order on the app because its supposed to be faster since JM is a busy place here. I’ve been waiting 30 mins past the time the order was supposed to be ready at and all the walkins have come in and left and my order is STILL not ready. Whoever is running this place you need to have a talk with your employees because there is no reason why I have to wait 30 mins for a sandwich that was supposed to be ready by the time I got there. This happens every. single. time.
