We ordered three value meals and a side of fries through the drive-thru. they weren't available at the time so they asked us to pull up and wait so we waited. We didn't bother to check the bag which was our mistake before we pulled off it wasn't until I got home when we realized there was not one fry in that bag not one order of fries made it in our bags are the three value meals and a side of fries. So double check ✅

Horrible experience at this particular McDonald's. I understand busy times but this was not a rush time and I dont understand how it took 20 minutes to make a double cheese burger. Then when bringing me my order its missing items. All with no explanation. Update. They were quick to address the situation and reached out to fix it asap.

I went in side to get breakfast to go because the drive through had a long line and it was burly moving and when I got my food the worker was giving me a hard time because she said I had to pay 10 cent for the bag to take my food to go . That is ridicules how is this a restaurant going to offer take out with no bag

I love Mc Donald's, always will. Their staff is always very to me, and I am always satisfied with their food. It never fails to fill me up, and never ceases to taste delicious (for fast food). The place is pretty clean, good place to bring kids, and there is plenty of parking! You really can't go wrong with what you buy here, and I've never left feeling dissatisfied! 10/10 would recommend, I will return again for more

my big mac had a really long thick black hair melted to the cheese. i wanted to throw up. the girl repeated my order but did not mention sprite. i said the screen showed i was charged for a drink. oh yea i put in a sprite. the next window i said i ordered french fries but she charged me for burger, fries and sprite. he said he forgot to get the sprite. i said no sprite just burger and french fries. he said oh im sorry she took the fries off. i’m sorry let me get them for you. he was very kind and apologetic but the hair in my cheese was gross.

Ordered at the drive thru, i was asked to pull over for some fries. 10 minutes later i had to walk in myself and remind them that i was waiting. I wonder what would have happened if i had refused to pull over and wait until the frys were done. IN THE FUTURE, WE ALL NEED TO JUST WAIT FOR OUR FOOD AT THE WINDOW.

Ok I hate going to fast food places especially McDonalds. I’ve worked in customer service over 20 years and I get crazy irritated by the lack of professionalism at some of these fast food places.
I went through the drive through and the girl taking my order. Her name was Tamika and she so was so professional! I was truly impressed. I wanted to hire her if could or tell her that she did so well that she will kick ass in the business world in a customer service or sales position.
