I love FroYo and my hometown is severely lacking in good FroYo options. When I visit SoCal, I often seek out a visit to a FroYo shop. This Menchie's hit the spot for me. I came twice on my recent trip. Both times the store was uncrowded, and very clean. Toppings were well organized and tidy. Similar to most modern FroYo shops, there were plentiful flavor options (~14?), all slots labeled and available. Pricing is by the ounce. I filled my cup with 4 delicious flavors, both tart and sweeter and headed outside to enjoy on the patio. Sample cups are available if you ask the staff person on duty. Service was fine on both visits - only 1 person working each time. Menchie's is terrific for anyone wanting this particular kind of treat!

The prices are crazy and straight up the experience is just not worth it anymore. This particular location the door when you walk in is disgusting and grimy. I tried to ask about samples to try one of the seasonal flavors but was not acknowledged. Nasty looking frozen fruit and ingredients ransacked and not refilled. It cost me 22.92 for two very regular (not large not packed with toppings since there were none) looking frozen yogurts. I could have ordered two large meals at in and out for that. Crazy.

Walked in 15 mins before closing and some flavors we get were already removed. Did not even get a welcome, they looked annoyed that we walked in close to closing. If your hours are until 10pm then everything should be available until then and without the attitude. Wont be coming here again. The extra star is because i like menchie's in general :)

I come here because my wife is obsessed with the smoothies here. Not a lot of frozen yogurt places have smoothies! I always try their new flavors and I'm never disappointed! They also have lots of topping choices. Family friendly place.

Went to Menchie's last night two small cups a few toppings not much and the total came to over 19.00. Walked out. Menchie's has always been a favorite place after dinner on the weekend. I'm not cheap but that was ridiculous, left our cups on the counter and went to BR where 2 large scoops of ice cream was less than half the price. The new gelato place in the vine yards is less as well. ye bye menchie's.

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon and asked for sample cups, to which the employee replied "We don't give those out anymore". Ok no problem, as we're checking out, three young kids walk in and ask for sample cups. The employee proceeds to hand them sample cups. Wait, you just told us you don't give those out! "Well, we do but after a certain time!" It was after the "certain"time. So paying grown adults can't get samples but kids can, noted! Not one to think race was involved but no other reason!!! But in seeing other reviews, it's not the first time! If you are a minority, think twice before coming here! I will take my green money over to Tutti Frutti where they don't discriminate! Disgusting!

This has been my go to froyo spot since it came out! It used to be Yogurtland but somehow this has better flavors (which changes all the time) and toppings! You know it's good when there's a whole bottle of Tajin for customers to use!!Been a good couple of months since I've gone out and gotten some froyo but hoping to come back soon to see what flavors they have going! They're also usually pretty stocked up with toppings which is nice. Mochi, fruity pebbles, some condensed milk, and Tajin are the best toppings! Parking here is a bit small, it's mostly street parking but it's not too bad. It's also a nice little corner with shops and restaurants down the street. They had heat lamps at one point too which is super convenient! IG: @ammysalamii

9:30pm on a Friday night, “open” sign lights off, and more than half the flavors are out (see pic). Been here many times before and it’s become a family tradition to come here with the cousins but tonight was disappointing.

Went in Tuesday and they were introducing a new special - the Froco Taco, a taco Tuesday specialty! It was amazing. Waffle cone taco filled with yogurt of your choice and topped with hard shell chocolate and sprinkles. I had mine custom made with cherries inside and chocolate/ vanilla swirl ice cream and it was to die for. The guy making them, Jacob, was extremely friendly and helpful. He did a great job! Highly recommend. Will be coming back every Tuesday and bringing friends!!
