The food here is great. I usually get the Parrilla Completa. I sub the fries mashed potatoes and I get an extra side of creamed spinach. It’s so good could easily feed 3 to 4 people. It comes with bread and chimichurri sauce and a salad. They also have really good empanadas too. My favorite is the beef. They also have some good pastries. The parking lot isn’t too big, but I’ve never had trouble finding a spot.

I love their empanadas. I bought the chicken and spinach empanadas. However, parking is very limited.

So disappointed. I try to come here to get to go food and pastries whenever I'm in the area; I live four hours away. Majority of the time, it's pretty good. Not great, but good. Well, this last visit was awful. Since I live so far away, I always call ahead of time to place my order for pick up on the day I'll be traveling back home. Exactly what I did this last visit. I called MBA three days before the pick up day to place my order. I ordered their Sandwiches de Miga but a special order of what they don't normally put out for sale. I arrived at MBA on the scheduled day, around the time I said I'd be there. I informed the clerk I was there to pick up a special order and also had him box me up a bunch of pastries, two beef empanadas, and two chicken empanadas. While I waited for the clerk to come back with my special order, I grabbed some of their regular Sandwiches. After several minutes the clerk comes back and informs me he is texting with their other location to find out if they have my sandwiches as that's where they make them then transport them to the Granada Hills location. He said their Van Nuys location is only 10 minutes away so it wouldn't be that big a deal. After a few minutes and no response, I asked him to call their other location. He called them and found out they never made my sandwiches. The clerk informed me, and showed me, they did have my order, but the other location just failed to make my sandwiches. He said it was their mistake and he offered me a discount on my entire purchase, and two free packages of their regular sandwiches. While I appreciated that offer, I still wanted my special order. I asked him if they could make them real quick and he said 'no' with no explanation as to why they couldn't. I told him since I had no other choice, that I'd take the discount and free sandwiches. Once I got home and had the empanadas for dinner, I found that he gave me four beef ones instead of the two beef and two chicken. And the beef ones were awful. The meat was terrible. So strike two on same order. The pastries were 'eh.' I might give them one more try next time I go to L.A. but unsure. Clerk was nice enough but I feel since they screwed up, and he admitted they screwed up, they should have made my special order and rushed it to the Granada Hills location.

My go to place for grilled meats! Love the sweetbreads and the cheese fondue. Desserts are delicious. You can also buy authentic herbal mate teas.

The food is so delicious, and that's an understatement, the place is full ,and parking lot is full, and street parking is a nightmare. So after you survive the parallel parking, when you taste the grub,it was all worth it .
I did take out , I went thru the nightmare too.

I loved the chicken honey mustard salad, it was super tasty. The space is warm and filled with patrons - a lively environment. The sandwiches and desserts in the case looked so good too, even though I didn't try them.

The service and the people are great, the food not so much. I recommend the cheese or chicken empanadas with chimichurri on the side. But I would not recommend the sandwiches. We ordered 3 the Lomito Queso, Tomato Completo, and Lomito Avocado and they all lacked flavor, not one bit of salt was used. And even though they were three different sandwiches, none of them had a different flavor profile because there was no flavor. With that price tag and nothing coming on the side it was disappointing both for my wallet and for my taste buds.
