Our server was good; however, the restaurant was understaffed and very busy. This led to a slow service of food, and our server seemed rushed and unable to provide us with adequate attention.

The 80th birthday celebration for brunch was enjoyed by all 12 celebrants. The food menu was broad and offered delicious . Our two adult grandchildren and their boyfriends really enjoyed the grand platter for two which was well presented and value priced The service was excellent

Nancy was the perfect server. The best service ever today. Celebrating my 1 year anniversary and she made it incredible. Food was amazing and cooked exactly as requested. I will always remeber this day and thank Nancy and Odyssey for this great meal.

Very nice ambiance and the food and drinks were great! Just wish the service was a bit faster and more efficient.

We were in town visiting CA and dined in to celebrate two birthdays. The table selection was perfect with an incredible view of the skyline and stunning, romantic ambiance. Unfortunately, our server was not attentive, personable or sociable. He didn't even provide his name until I asked toward the end of our dining. He forgot we were celebrating birthdays. We reminded him so they could bring out their birthday dessert, and he still brought out only one slice of cake. Aside from this, we had an overall amazing experience.

Mina was awesome. Truly made our experience memorable, very personable and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

The Odyssey is not what it used to be. We went for my dad's 87th birthday. It was less than special. The service was ok but not friendly and not the kind of service you expect with the prices on the menu. The worst part though was the wait with a reservation. It was Father's Day and I understand but the communication was severely lacking.

It's everything you expect from upscale dining and the view is the breathtaking cherry on top. Service is always phenomenal and the food is always delicious. We ended our night with the sticky toffee pudding and we might go back just for that alone

The restaurant is nice with a great city view. The two of us arrived arrived around 6pm for dinner and asked to be seated outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and the view. Our waiter took a while to come to our table and while taking our orders seemed a bit curt with us. He never came to our table to ask how we were doing, refills, or if we needed anything. We had to ask other waiters to have him come to our table to assist. We had asked for the bill but he was no where to be found when we were ready to pay. The patio wasn't very crowded and the restaurant inside was almost empty thus we didn't understand the lack of service. The food was delicious - calamari, bread with butter, coconut shrimp, sea bass and 2 glasses of wine each.

I always love dining at the Odyssey. Every chance I get to celebrate a special occasion with a friend, this is where we go.

We went to Odyssey Restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. We had a reservation for 1:00 PM but weren't seated until 1:30PM. After being ignored at our table, we had to ask the woman at the front desk to change our seats just to get a server's attention. Even then, the service continued to be poor. Our waiter, Greg D, was inattentive throughout. Our drinks arrived late, and guests who came after us were already enjoying their meals while we were still waiting. We ordered steaks, but they forgot to bring steak knives—another delay while we sat there unable to eat. When it came time for the birthday cake, Greg didn't even bother to clear the dirty glasses and dishes from the table. We had to place the cake down on a messy table, which felt thoughtless and careless, especially on a day meant to feel special. Greg also never brought us a dessert menu, and without even asking if we wanted anything else, he simply brought the bill. My child accidentally touched the tablet used to calculate the tip, which added a 20% gratuity. I told Greg I wasn't okay with that considering the poor service, and he just said, ā€œOh, I can't cancel it,ā€ and left it at that. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, but it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Odyssey may have a good reputation, but based on this visit, that reputation is not deserved. The service—especially from Greg D—was unprofessional and careless. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously, because we left feeling disrespected and let down.
