My wife and I stopped by this Pizza Hut because she wanted to take advantage of the personal size pizza deal they are currently having. She did the pepperoni personal pizza and added mushroom to it. She got 2 orders of it and the price was reasonable.
We arrived to the place at the time they said her order would be ready but it wasn't. It took like an extra five or ten minutes. I was able to find parking but the plaza where this store is at has limited parking. My wife loved her pizza and she gives the second box to my mom. The lady working the cashier today was polite with me.

I hate it when you drive to pick up and they don't put everything in your order. I don't have any ranch at home for my wings and they forgot to put it in the order even though of course now they charge you for the ranch.

Don’t order DELIVERY from this place. They use 3rd party DOORDASH I accidentally clicked cash so I called and canceled the order and then reordered through Apple Pay But they still sent out the cash order cause it’s 3rd party thru door dash and it was this incredibly rude driver who didn’t speak English and was yelling at me “no cash no food” I was trying to explain that I already paid for it
Then I had to call the store AGAIN they recent my order but they forgot all the extras that I added to my pizza so I got completely ripped off and yelled at… $40 for a bunch of nonsense
This Pizza Hut got my order wrong then when I called to tell them they just kept hanging up on me.

My pizza arrived cold, only 2 thin slices of pepperoni on each slice of pizza. Very bland no flavor no seasoning. Onion was the skin of onion touch to eat Like eating cardboard and the wings looked old and dry. Call the store and I have been on hold for 7 minutes then got disconnected. Called back and put on hold again. Terrible service and terrible food. Spoke to Daphne said she would refund. I keep you posted if I get refund
