I’m at the Starbucks inside the Target store on San Fernando Mission in Granada Hills, CA. The barista Luis was so rude. He made my drink and slid it across the counter at me, no thank you, nothing. I think he hates what he’s doing and should find another line of work.
You just have to stop in!
Excellent, is how they make my Frappuccino and Croissant everytime. Friendly, Pleasant, and Personable Workers! They make my order the minute I walk in. EXCELLENT SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED <3 <3 <3

While one barista seemed annoyed due to a high number of orders, the attentive manager, Deissy, provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to address any issues, making customers feel valued and cared for. The morning shift staff, under Deissy's management until 2 pm, were also praised for their excellence. Overall, Starbucks offers a pleasant and welcoming experience with great service.
