Service today was pretty gross. Two females just chatting it up behind the counter while working and actively ignoring you after you made it obvious you needed something for your drink…. Waiting, waiting… AWKWARD! I went to the cashier who saved the day.

Took a long time to get drinks. Tge barista had an edge I dodn't appreciate. More than once.

I like the drinks and free wifi. Always kept cool on hot days. The bathroom gets messy because of the guys that use it, yuck. The staff is okay yet they need better customer service skills and make drinks more efficiently. The location is nice and near subway. The blue raspberry refresher is my favorite.

I mistakenly left a review here for a different Starbucks location so I'm correcting my previous post. I attempted to edit it but for some reason it wouldn't.
This is a great Starbucks. Cozy, fairly quiet in comparison to other locations I've frequented but that was a welcome change lol. Clean, lots of parking, as I stated it was quiet. When I was there the clientele was older, including myself.

My tea was really good, you really can’t mess that up to be honest. The barista seemed really annoyed, after we asked her about the uv cup, because she had “backed up orders.” Then when I asked if she was pissed off, she apologized and said no we just have a lot of orders ?I was trying to order too. Will not be going back here.

The manager Deissy was a very attentive, cordial person who solved my problem in a way that I did not imagine since the mistake was not Starbucks but Uber Eats that takes advantage of situations to provide poor customer service ( Uber Eats reiterated) but this manager did everything to make me feel heard and cared for in the best way. Thank you Deissy for your nice attention.
Parking: Good location.
Kid-friendliness: The manager of the morning shift until 2 pm and all the staff who worked with her were excellent. ????

The store is temporarily closed,really annoying driving there and there is a note on the door and I see other people come in and disappointed like me

Not sure what has happened to this neighborhood Starbucks as they have lost our orders, we waited 30 min, didn’t give us what we asked and paid for. This has happened 3 times in the last month and up to mid September. This used to be great with wonderful servers very disappointed
