I used to be a regular customer — it was one of the best Starbucks in Los Angeles: great staff, always a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, everything has changed. Now it feels more like a kennel: it’s impossible to get through, dogs everywhere without muzzles, barking, disturbing the peace. It’s really sad that such a place has gone downhill.

Came now to this location as I have been doing for the last year. Ordered 2 coffees both large, and one came medium size. I explained that I ordered both large. Instead of apologizing and just get a bigger cup with more milk added. I was told go to the register and pay difference, so they will make a large size. Which i did. Then they did the large from scratch, the matcha of course all come poorly blended, and they tossed my previous drink. My only question. Does the person who write this SOP took into consideration drink waste and time waste, both employee and guest? I doubt. No more starbucks for me. It is not about mistakes, but about taking the right steps to correct it. Sorry...

After 20 minutes of waiting and multiple costumers leaving, I received my order wrong and when I nicely told the lady that my orders wrong, she grabbed the drink from my hand and added what needed to be included in my drink by throwing it in aggressively, leaving the cup wet and sticky because it spilled out. It was embarrassing and unexpected and completely unnecessary, I’ve never in my whole life have seen this type of behavior at a starbucks before.

I hate this Starbucks. I waited 10 minutes to use the toilet, specifically asked about it and as a result one of the employees locked herself in the toilet and then said that the toilet was clean and I could not use it. When I asked why I was not told earlier that the toilet was not working the employees just laughed in my face. Today February 13 , thanks a horrible day i will never go to starbucks again

Today we were in this establishment, we stood waiting for the cleaning lady to come out of the toilet for 20 minutes. Exactly at 20:00 she came out, and we were kicked out of the establishment, without even being allowed to go to the toilet. Terrible service, terribly unfriendly employees. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would give 0. You do not deserve even 1. I hope this will come back to you.

Service today was pretty gross. Two females just chatting it up behind the counter while working and actively ignoring you after you made it obvious you needed something for your drink…. Waiting, waiting… AWKWARD! I went to the cashier who saved the day.

Took a long time to get drinks. Tge barista had an edge I dodn't appreciate. More than once. Lots of people. Good energy. Cool place to chill and meet with people.

I like the drinks and free wifi. Always kept cool on hot days. The bathroom gets messy because of the guys that use it, yuck. The staff is okay yet they need better customer service skills and make drinks more efficiently. The location is nice and near subway. The blue raspberry refresher is my favorite.
