I was hesitate to order from this location because the reviews are not so good. But I finally ordered from them and I’m glad I did. Actually it was my best experience with Starbucks. Jailene was very sweet and helpful. She provided the best customer service!

The 2 kids working there were nice. Made samples and made the drinks as ordered.
I'm all about customer service. Quality, cleanliness, and friendliness.The coffee is good and the employees are nice.The only problem I have is when I see three employees behind the counter, two are just standing there while one is working. That's not fair to the other employees and the customers who are having to stand in line and wait.

Hi, I'm a disable old man I bought my regular Starbucks coffee from(Ralph's super market).I own my Starbucks coffee mug. I'll paid with my debit card for regular coffee. I left Ralph's super market where I was bought my Starbucks coffee. I went next door to the CVS store to get my medication and almost after one hour later I went back to Ralph's market to Starbucks to get refill my coffee and go home.I still had coffee in my coffee mug, I'll asked a very young lady for refill, her name was Seda or Sada, she empty my coffee mug and asked me for regular coffee price. I told her it just 50 cent's why you want to charge me regular price. I told her why you through away my coffee then and I asked her to give me my own coffee she throughed away. She yelled at me and thumped on the register table and said I'm the Starbucks manager, I'm willing to through away the coffee then gave it to you. I'm really sorry for myself and other people who needs to deal with manager. This is unprofessional and inexperience manager to discriminate people like me. Manager willing to through away the coffee then give it to customers.and thanks to Starbucks for.........???????
