I was hesitate to order from this location because the reviews are not so good. But I finally ordered from them and I’m glad I did. Actually it was my best experience with Starbucks. Jailene was very sweet and helpful. She provided the best customer service!

The girl worker today had the worst attitude, was extremely unhygienic, and made my drink wrong. She was wearing her mask as a chin guard and eating while taking orders at the register. That was nasty for so many reasons, and I didn't once see her wash her hands. When I got up to the front I asked if she could pull up her mask for my drink and she immediately talked rudely to me. Even after I repeated my order to her 2 times she still made my drink wrong and I ended up leaving empty handed. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew and she doesn't even call my name to tell me it's done. Just puts it on the counter and walks away so i had to call out to ask for a straw. I'm looking at it and it looks like it has white chunky things, there's ice, and it's such a light white color. I showed the other worker and got my money back but this felt purposely done all because I asked her to wear her mask. I completely lost my appetite seeing her eating while making drinks but this was too much. I'm never coming back to this location.

I've had good and bad experiences on this location but today was the worst service ever!! I ordered 2 pink drinks and when I get to the window the girl goes to hand me the first one and another coworker stops her and gives her another pink drink that has no strawberries in it and looks watered down. I told her that where are the strawberries and she says they ran out of them (which I wasn't notified when I ordered them)... so this coworker of hers made her own pink drink and was saving it for herself!!

The slowest Starbucks in the Valley. Painfully slow. Don't come here around 3-4 PM during the week. Overrun with high school kids.
I'm all about customer service. Quality, cleanliness, and friendliness.The coffee is good and the employees are nice.The only problem I have is when I see three employees behind the counter, two are just standing there while one is working. That's not fair to the other employees and the customers who are having to stand in line and wait.

I was the only one in line and waiting to get order taken. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for Matthew to finish cleaning he saw that I was standing there for a good 15 minutes didn't help me he just continued cleaning his area. I understand you have to clean your area but at least take the customers order you see that she's waiting there for a good 10 to 15 minutes and you don't even care enough to say sorry one moment or I'll be right there with you you just keep doing what your doing and just let the customer standing there waiting for you.
