Definitely loved this place. I knew I liked boba, and I didn't know where to find a drink. My first thought was Jamba Juice. But instead, I Googled give me a place that had drinks with boba in it! It brought me to Boba Boba, on Balboa! I'm glad it did. It's really, really good, five stars! And wonderful customer service.The lady who helped me was so nice, very positive atmosphere

Honestly, I wouldn't give a start because they were rude so I wouldn't know anything about the atmosphere.The service sucked the food.I don't know because I'm way out.I dropped my buba, and SHE didn't offer to replace it! Or Did they offer to clean it ! absolutely Nothing !!! to make matters worth.They didn't even have a trash outside. I ended up trying to scoop up as much as I could and left the cup outside in front of the door that's what I did...

This local boba shop is great! Great atmosphere, ambiance and excellent service! Not to mention their drinks are great! Boba is chewy and perfect! You can tell quality when you drink the beverages here. My grandkids love this place! The female manager with the glasses makes sure we are taken care of every time and satisfied. Such a sweet wonderful lady. Their milk teas are divine, milkshakes are wonderful and my favorite is the pistachio smoothie! They have a variety for everyone! We have been here over a dozen times and the service never fails and drinks are amazing which is what keeps brining us back. Prices are very reasonable! This has to be one of the best boba shops in the valley! Hidden gem. Please keep doing what you guys are doing =]

We come here every week on sunday, sometimes saturday and wednesday, and the staff and food here is amazing! Their food is very cheap after student discount and their phone number system is so efficient and helpful! The boba is also super cheap which is around 5-7 dollars! Thank you so much for your service!
