Always amazing genuine food! I always order from here and they always get it right. The #2 special is always my go to and they make it so good every single time. A little older of a building but don’t let the looks scare you away, their food is wonderful and so are the people behind the counter!
This little restaurant only has about five or so tables to dine in but most people do take out The food is delicious Three people in my family We all get different things And we all enjoy our meals Great portions But the best part are the employees who from the husband and wife who are in the front to the three or four people in the back cooking are so very friendly and nice always with a great attitude and always so welcoming They are going to be closed for two weeks during the holidays and I told them that we will miss the food while they are closed I will be going back there as soon as they open back up the first of the year
It ain't pretty but they make good food... got the beef and bean sprouts, was a little light on the beef mostly sprouts... the tempura french fries were surprisingly good
Omg it was so nice to come back here JUST for Teriyaki Ya. The number 2 is to die for. Best beef skewers if had.
Only gripe is the place is small and hot as f***. Hope they expand and make a better dining area.
Parking: Park in the back. Way easier.

I moved to mid city but I think about Teriyakiya all the time :’) Im such a fish katsu girlie but I also like their chicken katsu and their korean ribs. Their tempura fries are also sooo good. Sometimes they can be a lil overcooker but i dont mind tbh. Generous with the portions too. Sometimes i crave the food here so bad but i cant justify going through the 405 traffic for the food :’)) But if I still lived in the valley, I’d go all the time

Fire! Absolutely amazing. Met my expectations. I’ve been seeing this place and I’ve always wanted to try it but I was always looking busy. Well today was the day! And the owner was awesome! Got the beef rib and it was outstanding. Will be coming back soon!
