Unfortunately, our visit to this pizzeria ended very poorly. After dining here, I (and others who ate with me) experienced symptoms of food poisoning — nausea, weakness, and digestive issues.
Terrible experience! The pizza was awful — undercooked dough and low-quality ingredients. The service was even worse: rude staff and we waited over an hour. Would not recommend to anyone.
I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The pizza arrived cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting around for a while before being delivered. The crust was chewy in the worst way, and the sauce tasted bland and watery. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and there were barely any toppings - just a few scattered slices.
Poor Food and Even Worse Attitude from the Owner.
If this is how they treat paying customers, Plenty of other pizza places out there that actually value their customers. I won't be back.
I accidentally stopped by this pizza place while I was in the area and thought I’d give it a try. Big mistake.
From the moment I walked in, the vibe was off. The customer service was terrible. The person behind the counter — who I believe was the owner — had a bad attitude from the start. No greeting, no smile, just pure irritation like I was bothering him by simply placing an order.
But it gets worse. When I got my pizza and sat down to eat, I found a hair baked into the cheese. Completely unacceptable. I was grossed out and brought it to their attention right away, thinking they would handle it professionally and offer an apology or a refund.
Instead, the owner got defensive, dismissive, and borderline aggressive. He acted like I was trying to scam him or something, and made it very clear that he had no interest in giving me a refund. Not only did he refuse to take accountability, but he also spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way.
At that point, I didn’t even want a replacement pizza. I just wanted my money back and to leave. But getting even that was a struggle. It felt like I was being punished for pointing out something that should never happen in the first place — basic cleanliness and respect for customers.
Needless to say, I will never go back. This place has zero professionalism, poor hygiene, and the kind of service that makes you want to warn everyone you know. If you care about being treated with respect and eating food that’s actually clean — avoid this place at all cosare. If I had a chance to give this place a zero start I would’ve.
Good food hospitality
Got my pizza and it was so greasy and gross, definitely do not recommend.
Pizza was decent but the poppers were dry as heck and not even warm. Freezer burnt for sure—must have been in there for a year
The food is amazing and the workers are so friendly. I wish the place was a little bigger.

Not very good. Pizza was way too thick and doughy, and sauce lacked flavor.

Got pizza from Vincenzo's a few times while visiting LA and was not disappointed! Thanks to everyone's reviews because the crust alone was worth it!

I was volunteering at a voting poll center near by and was recommend to try this spot and I'm so glad I did. I believe the owner or manager was at the shop and was so welcoming and nice. I ordered the peperoni calzone and it was ready in about 10 minutes. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. I'm all for supporting local shops, I'll definitely be ordering pizza from here in the future.

Came here for years but I think the owner had changed because I now sadly have multiple digestive allergies and haven’t eaten here in couple years or so. I simply asked if the dough had any dairy such as butter, milk, etc. and the guy on the phone replied like a snob “of course it does.” Learn how to speak to people clown. Not all pizza dough has dairy unless you are one of those idiots who thinks eggs are considered dairy. These guys wont last, hopefully someone better buys them out.
