Atmosphere was dark but I think shades were down to maybe protect against afternoon sun. I did not dine in, but quite a bit of people were dining in with family.
Food was actually better quality than the sepulveda/santa monica location. Staff were busy so not much time to socialize/connect, but staff seemed thorough and punctual.
Would takeout and to-go just for food quality and staff helpfulness.

I dont know if it was me or the staff, but i was waiting for a good little while to give my order. When i asked if i could place my order they thought i was picking up an order for someone. So i spoke a little louder and they looked at me like i had a problem. The staff needs to wake up and pay attention to their customers. But the food was good.

Just showed up to this location. All employees are cursing in spanish at each other. And yelling at customers, No Chicken for 45 minutes! Cars leaving. Super rude- never experienced this kind of service from our usual location in Burbank.

Get a chicken shawarma wrap. Add French fries and lettuce. Also make sure to get a side of the hot sauce. It may be the best wrap I’ve ever had.

The chicken and beef combo plate was overpriced and lacked flavor. Both the chicken and the beef were dry and did not have seasoning. The white rice was just that dry and flavorless. The tomato and cucumber salad was soggy and soaked in what seemed like water, also lacking seasoning or flavor of any kind. Overall, very disappointed.
