Great food! Only issue we had was that our Gyoza was never served to us. Ended up taking it home to go. Other than that it’s fantastic. Yes premium pork is $7 more but holy smokes is it amazing!

Probably the best Ramen in the eastern Inland Empire that I've tried compared to the rest.
The staff is very friendly and you pay before you sit down and your food is brought to you. Prices are fair. I do like how you can get water yourself since I consume a bunch.
My biggest complaint is that they don't have proper Asian soup spoons used by literally every other ramen or restaurant I've ever been to. Just tiny plastic disposable spoons. So you can't really get a good slurp of the broth. Because of this alone I won't be returning lol.
Nevertheless, if you want pretty good ramen in the area, this place is not bad!

I returned from Japan a couple weeks ago and was excited to try this place, as I miss ramen I ate daily while I was there. I was disappointed that it didn’t taste nearly as good as in Japan and the gyoza 🥟 was not good. I will co time my search for a ramen place in the Inland Empire that lives up to the quality in Japan 🇯🇵.

Went on Valentine's Day, and was very disappointed with the food here or at least my dish. My friend didn't care for theirs either. The broth I got in my tonkotsu tasted more like Campbell's soup to me, the pork I had was different from all the other ramen shops I visited, not in a good way. Everything was hot and fresh just the taste of the food is not what I expected at a ramen shop.

Very stingy with the protein you select for your ramen. I ordered my ramen with tofu but when they serve me my food I notice immediately they gave me 2 small/thin slices of tofu. I expected them to at least give me more toppings for what I paid for but no this place is very stingy and the customer service was okay at best.
Look, I honestly didn't think I was gonna be writing this. A lot of this wasn't even awful, I mean LOOK at these bowls! Utterly beautiful, spectacular, gorgeous bowls before us... But as they say, don't judge a book by its cover and that works both ways.
Here's a list of things I didn't much care for when I went: grab your menu yourself, grab a seat yourself, walk up to the desk to order, get up and ask for anything else if you want anything else, the blandest spicy edamame you've ever tasted in existence, a literal, no exaggeration POOL of oil at the bottom of my fried rice, I don't think either fried rice we had had the imitation crab in it, an unholy amount of salt in the fried rice. I LOVE msg and salt, I'm gonna die of it with a smile on my face, but MAN this was a bite in a half ti get through, bland broths so all the food is also bland, unseasoned pork. Looks GORGEOUS 😍 but tastes like a shaved down kleet, egg was 3.50 (though I know it's not their fault), drinks were chilled but not that cold, literal no customer service beyond you getting up and asking for anything. It was a very hands off experience.
I know I said a lot of negatives but I want to truly get across that nothing tasted bad beyond the fried rice oil slick of '25, but in that it commits an even worse crime: being utterly forgetable. Go here if you like, it looks AMAZING but so does the little Cherry's on Christmas wreaths. Some things just aren't meant to be eaten but admired.

Paid extra for a side just for them not to put it SMH realized it when I got home 30 min drive. Ramen is alright
We use to love this place. Would order togo while we are in Grand Terrace. Now we get burnt fried rice (last 2 times) and over cooked chicken in roman. Our rice was also missing the pickeled ginger and green onions. In total, unedible. Waste of $60 . And no one would answer the phone when we tried to contact them for over an hour). It is a shame.

I ordered online for pick up. Ordered 2 tonkatsu bowls 1 with extra pork and a Chashu Fried Rice. I didn't receive any of my pork for either bowl or my rice. Extra pork and large order of chashu rice isn't cheap, and to not receive it feels like robbery. To drive 40 mins and go home and find out they cheated you. Do better Kaz!

The broth is something simple and tasteless along with everything else, I only recommend it for photos and talking

Food was pretty sucky tbh. Being a person from an asian country trying authentic Asian food, its flavor is overly salty, and the noodles are flavorless and hard. As well the pork was not fatty and dry. The prices were far to high for Ramen. I have had authentic Japanese ramen, and to me, it just seems more for people who have no clue what ramen is supposed to taste like. For me it gave me ptsd of salty ramen. As the soup was virtually inedible, I asked for water to water it down.

You should come here when its super slow or dead because during any normal lunch service or dinner service - the quality and service are horrible. I went there tonight and only ordered kimchi fried rice and the potstickers - potstickers were frozen….fried rice cold (this was after waiting 48 mins, they text you when you order and I checked my phone when I finally got my togo order). Im disputing the charge with my bank cause they served me frozen pot stickers and cold fried rice, I wont be back.

Just no... food was neither good nor bad just meh. Chicken was dry, no eggs or rice were ready. Place smelled a little like urine. No one told us to order at stand they just handed us menus and we sat for a minute until we asked the people next to us. The place was sort of dark as well. Also the food tasted like it was flavored with bouillon cube or powder rather than broth. Was disappointed since reviews seems ok.

I’ve been going to this establishment the last two years and when I first discovered this spot it was delicious definitely my go to take out. Over the last few months the food quality has drastically fell off, flavorful delicious ramen eggs replaced by bland hard boiled eggs, soft tender chicken now rubbery and hard, noodles now taste starchy and undercooked. Sad to see kaz ramen fail the way it has the new staff doesn’t seem to be well trained in preparing, cooking, and serving the food. If you’re craving ramen just go to Saku Ramen in riverside don’t waste your money here on poor quality food.
