Watery broth, no flavor, extremely small pieces of meat, the noodles were not cooked fully through. Extremely disappointed with the tonkotsu ramen. It was practically just water and noodles. The price does not match the quality.

Looked on Google and seen Kaz at a 4.1? Man you guys are tripping!!!! This was 10/10 please don’t go based off others opinions try it for yourself and to top it off we ordered through DD and it still smacked and came to my door boiling HOT!

Food is amazing, highly recommend the miso ramen. The only thing I had an issue with is how hot it is in the restaurant. It was like 85* inside. They seriously need to turn their A/C on. It being so hot kind of ruins the experience. That being said the food is so good.

I recently started getting the spicier ramen but this was the non-spicy tonkotsu ramen with egg and other add ons. Very delicious and filling. Pairs nicely with a beer. Totally recommend.
Last night we're about to eat there my family and myself, we notice that the guy who was making the food was picking his teeth with the plastic fork without glove and he didn’t wash his hand mean while prepare the food. I’m very disappointed because it was one of my favorite place to eat ramen.

The food is usually good, but I think they need to improve on their customer service. I came on a Wednesday night and they weren't super busy, but I had to wait 25-30 mins for my food. I got home just to find out they messed up my order. I paid extra for corn and no onions since l'm allergic to onions. However she added so much onions on my food (the younger female worker took my order and prepared my food) and missed the corn. Not to mention, when the female worker was taking my order, her male coworker came and tried to feed her some noodles right in front of me. I had to repeat my order and my phone number a couple times cause clearly she wasn't paying attention. I hope the manager/owner find my message and take it into consideration because this is not how they run a business.
