Loved this place broth was awesome and chachu rice was the best. The spicy paste sauce had a little funky smell I believe it’s bcus it’s outside in the tables all day but the server gave us new ones which taste good. The music is pretty loud lol

I did not want to leave a bad review but have no choice. They do not answer their phone AT ALL, I have called over and over and they don’t even have an answering machine. I’m 30 mins away from the restaurant. I ordered to go and they messed up on my order. I had ordered the create your own ramen bowl with chicken and certain toppings. I was so hungry and looking forward to my meal, only to open my ramen and realize it was not at all what I ordered. Unfortunately, They gave me pork which I do not eat, because I’m allergic and none of the toppings I ordered were there. It had only corn and onion. On the receipt it shows what I ordered I just didn’t get the right order. I sadly can’t even eat the ramen because of the pork being on it. I wouldn’t order take out again.

The dude at the register overcharged us then tried to shame me for bringing attention to his error. A coworker tried to correct him and explain the order but he was snarky and dismissive. The customer experience was ruined by unclear charges and a ill mannered clerk at the register.

when i got my food i didnt get my 2 mochi orders i had to come back and get them and when i did, the mochi i ordered wasnt on my receipt. I wanted some extra mochi orders for the road i ordered 3 small mochi ice creams and the lady in front said i was owed 2 per small order and should be given 6 small mochis. when i went to get them, the guy at the front gave me 3 mochis and said i even gave u and extra one, and proceeded to speak about me when i left as if i was being rude when i was just confused.

Such yummy and tasteful Ramen!!! The ox tail is just delicious but the Ramen alone is so good! Always greeted kindly by Jamile and served with such great customer service.
Fast casual ramen. Staff was nice but the food was okay. My ramen was very salty and not really packed with any flavor. Just the taste of soy sauce and chili oil.

I had a craving for ramen and this place hits the spot. But it can be a little pricey as of writing this which is Oct 23, 2025 which cost about 30$ which included extra yellow noodles pork tenderloin tokotsu broth and a 15% tip. If the workers there are reading this review your staff need to wear hair and beard nets especially if you are all handling food. Thankfully there is no hair in my soup but one unlucky slip up there will be trouble. Other then that ramen is good. But i shouldnt have tipped 15% i didnt see extra service given
