This place is filthy. I'm always suspicious when a restaurant has really low lighting and dark environment. Black walls and dark furniture. Workers take advantage of this and can try to hide their uncleanliness with it. The restrooms are also filthy. Music is always blasting real loud. The managers and employees don't care for their customers. We've asked if they can turn down music and they've told us they can't. Save yourself time and trouble with this place. They need a manager that knows what needs to take priority. Avoid at all costs.

Do yourself a favor and go to the riverside location instead. This locations lacks in food quality and customer service. Would not recommend.

Got food poisoning from food I ate on Saturday. Please follow up with crew about cleanliness because my entire family got sick. Very disappointed.

The food was okay. I order a slightly spicy bowl of stir fried house noodles and they were much spicier than the supposed-to-be spicy ramen. The staff was friendly and very quick tho!

Delicious ramen and open late - decent price point for quality and portions. Ordered a vegan ramen broth with vegan noodles, tofu, woodear mushroom, and nori paper. Will definitely go back!

Me and my coworker came today and the tables were dirty the service was slow and there weren’t many people there, the prices are ridiculously expensive and they charge for everything (toppings like corn and eggs).

pretty solid 4. I came here after a drum line show and it hit the spot. My only complaint is that the prices were pretty high. Ramen with only 2 toppings was about $15 and each topping was more than $1 to add-on. However, The broth was really tasty and the chashu was cooked well, Even though I got a small burnt piece. Staff was nice especially since I was there with a larger group, But I didn't like that we had to order at the register when we were eating at a sit down restaurant.

The spicy broth is so good! It's not oily like other ramens and it's really flavorful. Very generous portions especially for the price, love the vibe, highly recommend!

For my first time here- it was different ordering. Maybe if customers knew that you have to order first—so that it doesn’t feel weird standing by the door. They call your name to grab your food. Nice atmosphere for food with friends or a quick bite for a date. Seating was convenient inside and outside. The flavor of the broth was ?( buttery salty and spicy. I wish I ordered the pork the chicken was ok. If you want extra ingredients like egg, seaweed, corn, etc. be prepared to pay $1-2 extra. For $20, I would come again.Vegetarian options: They had vegan broth!Dietary restrictions: They have vegeterian optionsParking: Busy shopping centerKid-friendliness: Little Kids were there eating with their families

You order at the door then find a seat. The chefs will bring your food once it's ready. Seating is communal so I hope you don't mind strangers next to you. Ramen was delicious but very expensive for the serving size, specially since they charge for toppings individually at a high price. Good to try once but will be going to other ramen restaurant where it's delicious but fairly priced.
