[Ordered Online] 2nd time I've been here in over a year & I've waited over an hour for my order the 2nd time, only difference it was 2 hours this time & they got my order completely wrong, I paid for a detroit pizza, extra most bestest, & cheesy bread and received 2 pepperoni pizzas and regular crazy bread (AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS). I paid a little over $30 for the base menu items, are you kidding me?? How do I get a refund for this, its beyond me how poorly managed this place is.

Fast and clean, they messed up on my order but replaced the food on next visit no problems

I order a lot of pizza at Little Caesars Pizza as you can never go wrong with the Classic Pepperoni, especially at its price point! Great tasting when it’s served Hot-N-Ready to eating it cold the day after, it surely has kept me filled plenty of times.

I wanted to share of a recent thoughtful experience that took place on December 09, 2025 at your Grand Terrace, California location #8112 and was assisted by a Mr. Jason P. I just picked up my three year-old daughter who wanted pizza so we went to go pick up a Classic Pepperoni together. After I purchased it, Jason handed my daughter a small bag of Little Caesars cookies! I was extremely shocked and surprised that Little Caesars even carried cookies to begin with, but even more grateful and privileged that my daughter got to enjoy them even more.

It’s a small gesture but it’s the smallest things in life that truly make a difference and I want to thank Little Caesars Pizza of Grand Terrace for having such great customer service and for Mr. Jason P for making my daughter’s day. Keep up the great work and have a Happy New Year too!

Usually love this location but we ordered a pizza last night for delivery and it showed up raw????? Dough uncooked and cheese not even melted. Not sure how that got sent out.

it's a hit and miss with little ceaser here . it can be either good service or bad service and the food can be freshly made and have pizzas ready to sell or there won't be no pizzas to sell and have to make more and wait for them to make it . or get a cold pizza

Horrible costumer service . Someone stole my damn pizza after waiting 30 min!!! Then the guy in the front acted like he hated his job & didn’t want to work no one up in front had to yell to even get anyone’s attention .

I was here and the customer service is terrible the lady at the front said I'm sorry what was the name I tell her and she said sorry for the game but sorry it will take longer I wait and I said hey is it ready now and all I get is idk I said what do you mean i dont know that's the response I get terrible customer service and help never go here

This place sucks I ordered online. Got confirmation on my order even got the qr saying that I had an order and it was ready, I got their and no one was aware of my ordered proceeded to make the pizza until I was already there this was so unprofessional they said I didn’t have an order but when I asked for refund they had the order all of a sudden? Make it make sense

My delivery order was completely wrong. When I contacted them I was told I'd hear back in a business day. When I said I would like the pizza I order because what was delivered on allergic to, they said we don't do that and ended the chat. I don't know why I keep giving them chances, they mess it up every time
