Little Caesars Pizza

This place sucks I ordered online. Got confirmation on my order even got the qr saying that I had an order and it was ready, I got their and no one was aware of my ordered proceeded to make the pizza until I was already there this was so unprofessional they said I didn’t have an order but when I asked for refund they had the order all of a sudden? Make it make sense

My delivery order was completely wrong. When I contacted them I was told I'd hear back in a business day. When I said I would like the pizza I order because what was delivered on allergic to, they said we don't do that and ended the chat. I don't know why I keep giving them chances, they mess it up every time

I placed an order ahead of time and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes at the store.

There were at least five employees working, yet everything was incredibly slow. One of my pizzas was ready early, but instead of giving it to me or keeping it warm in the WARMERS, they just let it sit out in the open getting cold while the rest of my order lagged behind.

To make things worse, I watched two other customers walk out without getting their orders because they were tired of waiting. No one apologized, gave an update, or even acknowledged how long people had been waiting not to mention there was like 6 people in the lobby waiting and like 15 pizzas just sitting there

What’s the point of ordering ahead if the service is still this slow? Completely unacceptable. I will not be going back to this location

I've never really considered Little Caesars a contender in the pizza space but I must admit, I was wrong... this location actually nailed it! They balanced the sauce to cheese to topings ratio perfectly and were true to their pick up time... Who knew!

Cook the pizza properly it's raw at times I get lucky get a properly cooked pizza but honestly just go to dominos across the street don't risk the stomach aches

Just came from this location, I ordered fresh crazy combo with extra butter and extra cheese. Paid for my order went out to my vehicle. I got back in to get my order she asked for my name, she then went to another worker and they took out old bread, switch the bag, put cheese on it and she tried to give it to me! I told her that I’m not accepting that as I just seen what they did and requested my money back. The manager comes up and try and offer new bread, as she was shaking her head, which is what I should’ve been given. I requested a refund once again
