I grew up in Corona near the original establishment and I eat at Miguel's Jr religiously as I travel for work. Miguel's Jr on Barton road in Grand Terrace has had in one year more bad days or "mistakes" than all of those other locations combined over the last 30 years. It's not close either, they are the worst location, For at least a year they've been the worst location, and I feel sorry for anyone who eats here for their first Miguel's Jr trip. I thought the one on limonite was kind of bad But Grand Terrace is definitely the worst. Just got home with some brc's and I don't know what I just found in my burrito I lost it on my way out the door to take it back and ask if anyone can explain to me what that was in my burrito It definitely wasn't food. They will charge you and not give you your food They will charge you and give you the wrong items You could get overcharged The customer service is elementary This plastic thing I just found in my burrito is the last strike. My buddy I grew up with got a burrito from them this year he said he found something foreign in it and I thought he was trippin, guess he wasn't. #grandterracegarbagejr

Had a lovely experience today at this Miguel’s location. The lady with the braids , i believe her name is betty, who was taking orders was so helpful and patient while I decided what to order for myself and my family. She explained the menu options and gave excellent customer service! All locations need exceptional employees like her. Will always make the drive to this location from now on.
BABY COCKROACH in my burrito ? I called to see if I could come back tmmrw for a refund because I just got my baby down to sleep and couldn’t leave they wanted me to come back same day for refund or next day for a new burrito but I don’t want a new one so I asked to speak to manager but beware , I got lucky and bit right above it so I seen it but really there could have been more
My burrito was a mess took 2 bites and fell apart, I ordered it with no rice and guess what? Yep it had rice ???

I ordered a Plate #1 and they did not add the Chile Relleno to my plate. The enchilada did not have any enchilada sauce on it. We waited extra time at the drive up window for terrible food. It was a complete waste of $28.47!
