Staff was nice and welcoming. Drinks were made very fast like 2 minutes. I got the Thai Slushie and it was not bad.

Felt bad for the worker cause it seemed like he was alone working and the line was long. They didn't have regular size so I had to buy a large and it was so expensive. Honeydew milk tea tasted like water with sugar and no flavor. Definitely need a switch of recipe or syrups. The shop itself is very nice and the worker wasn't rude just seemed exhausted. Love the large digital menu screens.

Seeing this place when I was visiting one of the stores in the plaza and noticed this boba place was just newly opened and giving myself a chance to try. Greeted by gentleman upon entering however the lady who was there did not look friendly or not in the mood working or whatever it is. I ordered peach tea and got charged $6. After trying so many boba place, immediately I felt price is quite high and what surprise you more it does not come with any fresh fruit or anything that support that price, coz I will expect i got something. This business needs to improve if they want to get many happy customers!

Wanted to try this local boba shop to support but my drink tasted awful was completely disappointed all It tased like was leftover cereal milk utterly awful.

The boba was great but the girl taking orders was messing up multiple orders, including mine. I asked for boba after being told it was extra charge and I didn't receive it. I don't believe she charged me for it so it wasn't worth correcting her mistake. Anyway I would just repeat your order to her just to make sure she understands

Out of all the staff only 1 is my fav. They messed up my order twice and they seemed irritated. Owner has to check up on staff they seem like these kids are doing as they please. Another time the Thai Tea taste awful (water with ice) and staff just said that's how we make it, sadly the donut shop was closed so I wanted to try it here.
Glad to have a boba place so close by, matcha wasn't my favorite, but i also tried the honeydew milk tea and it was super yummy! Would definitely recommend that one! Service was friendly and the store was very clean. Definitely coming back to try their other drinks

Delicious! I didn't even like Boba until trying it here. My daughter loves it! Brown sugar milk tea is soo good! The Boba is made fresh daily, quality ingredients you can taste. Friendly staff and clean, cool shop to chill in and relax with a tasty beverage. I highly recommend, we'll def be back. Thanks Royal Tea Boba!
