This place is SLOW so if you go into order prepare to wait forever. They tell you to order online for faster service which makes zero sense if you just wanted to pop in for a sub. The subs are basic at best.

Love the Super Italian with added italian dressing and provolone. They are generous with portions, extra veggies are free, and when I asked for a water cup, I got a HUGE cup. Thanks for keeping me well hydrated while I'm walking around town, guys. :)

The “Minion” sandwich replaced the beast as the beast was cumbersome in time to make. Also the oven was not big enough for that “beast” of a sandwich. The minion is just right I would say for two people. The taste, well, far above any other sub place hands down!! Highly recommend if near by. Friendly staff and has been in the community since late 2000’s. The app is great and it allows you to acquire reward points as well as ordering. I will say this is a gem of Grand Terrace!

Stopped by at lunch working at Grand Terrace ES. Me and my buddy were kind of confused at kiosk. Someone helped and actually did it for us because I was confused being first time customer. Food was amazing. Better then Jersey Mikes which is my favorite. Customized my chicken bacon ranch, omg was it delicious. 2 sandwhiches soda and chips for 25 bucks. Thanks for the delicious lunch.

It was definitely worth the 20 minute drive amazing food amazing staff really awesome place. BIG kick out of the soda machine and just the overall quality of this sandwich spot. It reminds me of the good ones from back in the day where people took pride in what they are making !!! And the breadsticks were freaking awesome based off that the meatball sub is what I’m gonna try next time !!!!🏆

This place can deliver an excellent sandwich they don't do cash online order's Only. Or at kiosk in store. I highly recommend trying this place
Solid sandwich. They won't let you have sourdough unless you toast it. Most sandwiches are designed to be toasted. I didn't like the ordering, you must use a screen. But I'm old. Really soft bread. Not a big selection of meat or cheese. I felt it was expensive, but I guess it's in line with competition. They ask for tip, but you do the order, and they don't even bring it to your table. I didn't like that.

Limited choices on bread, shredded mozzarella, and you have to pay more for the other cheeses. And oh yeah, they're closed on Sundays like ChickFilA. They take orders through the kiosk and app, no phone or in person orders. Plastic only! Cashless society much?
I don't recommend them based on my experience yesterday with Corey. So I accidentally ordered 3 subs instead of 2, and I tried to call to void the order. Because I was unable to hear him clearly, he has the nerve to get nasty and curse at me. That's no way you treat a customer! I asked if I would be charged for the voided sub, and I only asked to be sure. Negative experience! Corey has a lot to learn in keeping his composure and not lose his cool. He can't even act professional, instead he acts immature. I hope their business fails, they aren't worth the drive.
