This location should not accept mobile orders. Perhaps it's bad timing on our part, but we've been waiting in the single drive through line (the only option at this location for some reason) for over 20 minutes. Not a welcomed time suck on our 5 hours drive.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Starbucks. The staff was rude, even closing the window while I was still asking a question. I now drive farther to a different location because the service here has been consistently disappointing.

First of all my drink tasted so bland. There was no flavor. And then as I was driving away I picked up my drink only to see that the worker didn’t even close the lid. It spilled all over my car, a venti by the way. 8 dollars gone to waste for just one drink that wasn’t even good.

There is no option to walk up or walk in if you order ahead- only drive through. We ordered $25 of food and were then forced to wait in a drive through line for over 20 min to pick up our order AFTER it was ready. Ice is melted, food is now cold. You are stuck waiting for all the people who are ordering at the window and having their stuff made on the spot while your items sit there READY getting warm or cold.

If I order a shaken espresso of any kind I expect you guys to follow recipe instructions and SHAKE IT!!! I’m not dumb I can tell when you guys follow the recipe and don’t. The last time I probably had it made correctly was probably when this store opened. When you hand me my drink and it’s a little brown at the bottom but super light with milk on top that just tells me you poured my syrup, espresso, milk, and then put ice on top when you should’ve followed the recipe and made it in the shaker. Also I was the only car in line there was no excuse to not make my drink correctly.

I said light ice and it was full of ice and today May 4 we have a cold day but I want my drink. Why is difficult to just do easy on ice just a little because is cold. 😢😢😢😢😢😭😢😭😭😡😡😡🤬
