This particular Starbucks location is hands down my favorite in the area. I am always impressed by their efficiency and the fact that lines are never too long. Even when there are a few extra people waiting, it never feels like a hassle because the wait time is always minimal.Moreover, the drinks they make are always spot-on. I've never had a bad experience with the quality of my beverage, and their attention to detail is impressive. Additionally, the food I've ordered here has always been served at the perfect temperature. I have zero complaints so far, which is why I've returned to this Starbucks more than a few times.What I appreciate most about this location is the friendly staff. They are always happy to assist and make sure that I am satisfied with my order. Their positive demeanor creates a welcoming vibe, which is a significant plus when I need a quick pick-me-up.

Asked for a Vente paid for a Vente got a grande corrected them, then watched them poor the drink from the grande cup to a vente cup and just fill it up with ice.

Sad that this is the closest Starbucks near my house! Never coming again, I ordered online and took a jog to get my coffee and didn’t know about the “safety” rule that I couldn’t just get my coffee from the window. When I was literally standing right there. They should have that somewhere on the app since this is a drive thru only place. And the girl was really rude I asked a question and she just ignored me she must have been the manager. Also the one who handed me the coffee who was at the window when I waited for someone to pick me up just so I can be “in a car” told my husband something with a little attitude they were clearly all having a really bad day I did what they wanted and still treated us so embarrassingly. Don’t come here!

Every morning I come here and have a great experience. The staff here is friendly, welcoming and positive. They make my day when I'm not in the best of moods. Also they add stickers on my drink that display positive messages.

Half the time they don't get my order right even when I order it on the app. And the other half I feel like they rip me off by literally filling my drink half way. I paid nearly $5 for a their small (tall) drink and this is what I get, half air, then ask for tip. I typically have better service in other starbucks but I guess this one has the benefit that they are drive thru only and no one can walk in to complain.
Stop telling us to click on a link to share more. Just tell us you're going to fix the problem. Add a window. The workers are great.

Zero stars. DO NOT order ahead. You will still have to wait in a long drive-thru line because this location does not offer mobile pickup. There is no dining area. The last Starbucks at this location had no drive-thru, and now this one has only drive through. When will Starbucks learn?
