First of all my drink tasted so bland. There was no flavor. And then as I was driving away I picked up my drink only to see that the worker didn’t even close the lid. It spilled all over my car, a venti by the way. 8 dollars gone to waste for just one drink that wasn’t even good.

There is no option to walk up or walk in if you order ahead- only drive through. We ordered $25 of food and were then forced to wait in a drive through line for over 20 min to pick up our order AFTER it was ready. Ice is melted, food is now cold. You are stuck waiting for all the people who are ordering at the window and having their stuff made on the spot while your items sit there READY getting warm or cold.

I think the video speaks for itself... how is it possible that Starbucks staff gave out a drink that looked like that? I pay for the drink wasn't free.

If I order a shaken espresso of any kind I expect you guys to follow recipe instructions and SHAKE IT!!! I’m not dumb I can tell when you guys follow the recipe and don’t. The last time I probably had it made correctly was probably when this store opened. When you hand me my drink and it’s a little brown at the bottom but super light with milk on top that just tells me you poured my syrup, espresso, milk, and then put ice on top when you should’ve followed the recipe and made it in the shaker. Also I was the only car in line there was no excuse to not make my drink correctly.

I said light ice and it was full of ice and today May 4 we have a cold day but I want my drink. Why is difficult to just do easy on ice just a little because is cold. 😢😢😢😢😢😭😢😭😭😡😡😡🤬

This Starbucks is hit or miss. The drinks are either weak or strong. Food is either cold or burnt. Service is either great or grumpy. It’s a good location but you must work on all of the above.

I always go there and ask for a brown “Shaken” espresso and it’s always to milky not even shaken bro like c’mon I’m spending good $$ here I already called and told them but according to them they measure everything but no sucks 🙁
