Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
This wingstop was very clean. The employees were helpful and inviting. The wings were delicious, we had the lemon pepper and hickory BBQ flavors, both bone in and out. Plenty of parking outside. Customer Service was phenomenal šš¼ šš¼ night shift dis great. 9/20/25. Thank you

Jose was fantastic! He answered the phone professionally and helped me resolve an issue I had with placing my online order. With his assistance, I was able to complete my order easily. I highly recommend this location!

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.
The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.
Cesar gave 5 star service from the phone call to in person! I placed my order over the phone and expressed my concerns about my previous experience and he explained to me why that would happen and how that can be resolved. When we came in we decided to dine in and the wings were seasoned and sauced up very very good. We did have an issue with one of our wings and I was nervous to let somebody know because I didnāt wanna be THAT person that complains but we addressed it to Cesar anyways and he made me feel comfortable about the issue and didnāt hesitate to let the kitchen staff know and my wings were remade! This place is great has great food and Cesar makes it a friendly environment.

Food is great, service sucks so bad. As someone who has worked customer service/food service for years I can honestly say Iāve had actually awful service only a handful of times and this was definitely one of them. We walk in after making a mobile order that gave a roughly 20-30 min wait. The time frame it gave for pick up was 7:03PM, we walked in at 7PM. Whomever was at the front was clearly busy taking out the trash which was fine and she still asked if we were there for pick up or ordering in. Told her pick up and she just looked to the back at one of her coworkers. This coworker just asked for the name and then said to us āgive it another 20 minutesā okay of course no problem. We also mentioned we wanted to go ahead and order 2 drinks. They say one second and finish taking out the trash, the other lady/coworker did not look at us at all the entire time we stood by the register still waiting to pay for the drinks we wanted despite not doing anything in the back other than joking around with the cooks. So we sat down and waited for someone to come to the front. We wait and wait and no one goes until another customer walks in. Itās the same lady coworker that wouldnāt come to us as we were standing by the register. This lady is very short with her responses apparently to all customers based on her interactions with the others. We stood again and were finally able to pay for two cups to get drinks. Then we wait, 20 minutes pass⦠weāre still sat waiting. (Also want to mention thereās only 2 other parties in the lobby at the time at the tables) they then call to us to ask what the name for the order was again..we give the name and they begin looking at the tickets they have. They ask if itās under another name, we show them the app with the name and order. They ask multiple times if itās under another name despite seeing the name in the app and the order. Then they say they donāt have our orderā¦after initially telling us itād be another 20 minutes right? Okay. They print out our order ticket from the register since we did in fact place it right it just for whatever reason didnāt print, that of course is out of their control. So while they print this ticket they just sigh and turn away from us , not saying anything to us, no āIām sorry weāll have that right out for youā or āIām going to get this to the back so we can get that out for youā I understand being busy, I understand being stressed especially some place as busy as this. I donāt understand the lack of basic decency and customer service. So anyway, we wait another 20-25 minutes for our order. They hand us the order and say āwe added an extra ranch cupā..yeah anyway I just felt like this experience wouldāve been made a lot better just by some simple accountability of their mistake and reassurance that they will be prioritizing making it right. It also couldāve been avoided completely if they wouldāve actually checked on our order when they first asked our name and then proceeded to pretend to look at our ticket and tell us to wait 20 minutes⦠The food was thankfully fresh and very good!

Wingstop has gone downhill, they used to be tasty. Whenever we order wings, they are very small and dry, the strips we just ordered were more like nuggets, we received 1 full strip and the rest were crunchy little nuggets. Pathetic!!! Wings and strips are never like advertised. We actually are starting to purchase store bought Tyson wings. Do better or hang up your wings.

Staff is very rude
Awful⦠Cold!ā¦. Wrong flavours!⦠wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11Ā£ refund! Our order was Ā£80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!
i wounder if corporate has seen the video of manager and the employee fighting in the kitchen of Wingstop if not I have it saved to show them
