It took them 40 minutes to make 2 cold sandwiches. Very poor customer service. Don't arrive hungry.

Always something wrong when I go here. This time it was less meat than usual so the sandwhich was mostly bread. Plus the soda was so flat it tasted like water. Hire better people instead of only hiring young girls.

I ordered a turkey sandwich. I got a tuna sandwich. I can't eat seafood due to allergies. I told them and they were annoyed. Never even said sorry for making the wrong order. Terrible attitude and service. Customer is not treated with common courtesy here. Very rude.

It t'was new years day. The line went out the door, and no one was a snore, 3 workers working ever so fast, but still a customer came up to be an a$$. But life went on and I almost forgot to praise these few, 3 dedicated workers , 2 girls and a guy. Kept their composure even when a customer acted awry (and got kinda nasty to them). Some people just cannot, count 12 sandwiches ÷ 2 workers x line out door = chill TF out. They deserve big praise, and maybe a beach day.-the guy that got hit by that truck in front of your business about 12 years ago says so.

The enormous wait for each sandwich took about 15 min so you can do the math for 3. i saw the girls having good talks and i am waiting. I think that was very carless behavior for the amount of time that waited for. I really regret adding tip that was very stupid thing. By the way food was hella soggy.

Righteous reuben was wonderful! First time having Beach Hut. The atmosphere was a bit overwhelming. Service was ok. Took a while to get my order. But i will go again.

What a fun vibe! Wouldnt have expected to find this little beach party oasis in a strip mall, but it's great. Employees are cheerful and make decadent, delicious, high end sandwiches. Fun place for a neighborhood get together with friends to watch the game or just have a beer. Love it!

Don't order online, they don't start preparing your order until you get there. Then it will take them 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. Understaffed, and the staff that works there will not be rushed, no matter how many people are waiting.
This is an awesome place for some huge burgers. Order one for 2 people, unless you eat alot, Great portions.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch and was happy to see they had a vegan sandwich on the menu, which was good! This place definitely has a fun vibe, not like your typical sandwich / deli spot! Friendly service and everyone was happy! I'd definitely come back!

´Give the customer the pickle ´ is customer service wisdom and advice to this business. We have been a long time customer and sometimes the food is amazing and sometimes more recently it has been less than satisfactory (e.g., the sandwich was burnt the time before last). We never said anything because maybe it was a fluke but when they wanted to charge us $6 to split an XL sandwich in half saying that it would be considered 2 sandwiches to have one half with no produce, it is absurd. We are now taking our business elsewhere! And we didn't even want the pickle.
