Great service great food definitely recommend kind of a hidden away jam in Granite Bay that you wouldn’t expect to find such good food and such a little tiny place but you got to try it. Our server really had an owner mentality. He was on it and let her waters and our drinks get empty always was there to offer us more of whatever we needed. Just outstanding service.

I eat at plenty of Mexican restaurants and this one is one of the most bland. Very little flavor on the rice, beans, and meat. Asada meat was soaking in oil, and the guacamole tasted from a bag. Chipotle has way more flavor than this.

Great food and service. Very nice owner. Good for family or lunch. Authentic Mexican food.

The food was horrible and gave me indigestion. I asked the waiter for an IPA beer and said they don’t have any beer, service was weird. I guess they don’t have a License yet. Really over priced!!! I got 2 street tacos for $14. You can get much better food and ice cold beer for half their price down the road. My advice to the owner is make sure your prices match the quality of your food and train your staff if you’d like to receive better reviews.

Been eating here for many years & I've never been disappointed.

We just visited Bernardos looking forward to GOOD Mexican food. How disappointed we were. Lousy food, don't waste your money. Soup was broth, Chile Verde had no flavor.

Absolutely horrible. Flavorless food prepared with zero expertise. Very bland. Salsa too hot and otherwise has no flavor. Overpriced. New owners have no idea how to maintain a quality restaurant

Food was okay and the staff is very friendly but the place is a little worn out.

I really enjoyed my burrito and so did my husband. This was our first visit and we would like to return to try more menu items.

New owners in this restaurant are totally suck. I use to used to eat here when they had different owners food was much better service was much better. I went yesterday and I order food ahead and I did mention that I have only 30 minutes to eat and leave. The service was terrible. Restaurant was filthy and dirty. Lights are barely hanging it looks like it’s gonna fall on someone’s head. On top of everything. They’re messed up my order which I placed 34 minutes before and instead of apologising waitress was arguing and wouldn’t provide the receipt. She was keep blaming a chef who is the new owner who messed up the order. I told her I don’t care I have to go I’m going to be late to my work . When restaurant messes up the order they have to remake the food without charge she told me she’s going to charge me to remake. Do not recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food, great service, great price=overall outstanding value. My favorite entree is the burrito bowl, which is served with piping hot chicken, fresh veggies, rice, beans, and delicious homemade salsa and guacamole. Chip bowl is never empty at our table because the servers constantly refill it

Carnitas is excellent here! And yes they are open. There salsa fresca taste’s super fresh! This is a great place to eat it’s just kind of hidden.

Horrible. Used to be good when original owner was there. Now, the place is a tremendous disappointment and a failure. Flavorless food that is masked by nothing but extreme spiciness, portions are tiny and prices sky- rocketed. We were so turned off by the experience that we were going to leave the food and walk out. Because we know the server, we decided to sit through it. The server himself admitted how bad it became and how other customers were complaining. We will not be back
