Truly the best dim sum I've ever had. We were in the area so stopped by to cross it off our list, and WOW. These were the perfect versions of dishes we've had many times. The flavors and the textures were 10/10 on every single dish.
This is a very good dim sum house. And... Everything from the kitchen is HOT (temperature), which after growing up with eating dim sum, and over my 50 years as an adult. NEVER have I eaten dim sum, where it's too hot to eat... that's you'll need to let it sit there for a couple of minutes, just to let it cool down. The primary waitress is the Owner, a very nice woman. I'm hoping they'll continue to add on to their menu. But they do have ALL the main...
This is a hidden gem and the best Dim Sum in the greater Sacramento area! The food is fresh and delicious. Our favorite is the crispy shrimp balls. The service was friendly and quick. Don’t pass this amazing place up if you are craving Dim Sum!
