This place., the Manager and all of her staff members should get 10 stars. They went over and above when they heard i was buying the sandwiches to feed the unhoused a taste of Thanksgiving with their The Bobbi Sandwich. (Real turkey. Homemade stuffing. Homemade cranberry and gravy!) It made my heart so happy that these young people have so much empathy for others. Try Capriotti's in granite Bay..they rock!!!

Beware of their sandwich scam! I ordered an 18 inch turkey sandwich and when I got home, I realized that the sandwich was not the right size. I measured the sandwich and it was 16 inches. 2 inches less than what I had paid for. I don’t know if this is just a blatant scam by the owner to save a little money on each sandwich. Or if the employees that don’t care. I don’t stare at bread all day, but I could tell the it was not the correct size. My recommendation if you eat here bring a tape measure.

Love the Reno location. I was pretty excited when I found out they had one local now(yes I'm late to the party). Quality sandwich crazy prices. Got the large Philly and I think it was $26? Sheesh!

The cheesesteaks are amazing. I eat here frequently and will continue to come back. I love the new rewards system. It seems (like most places lately) that it has been hard to keep good consistent workers. I'm spacing her name, but the blonde woman that is often here is amazing, she is on point, provides great customer service, and is friendly. I'll try to update with her name on my next visit.

As someone who worked in a sandwich shop i have no idea how they mixed up an online pickup order with my doordash order, i called this place to see if my order was still there but it wasnt so im extremely confused as to how you give a doordasher an online pickup then who the hell got my doordash order? Sorry to Jeffrey because that poor man isnt getting his chicken parm or his other free sandwich because people cant read.
