First time trying this place. I love a good deli sandwich, but this isn't the place for a good deli sandwich. When I looked at the board and didn't see the specific combo of meats that I wanted, I asked if they have a make your own option. The gal said no, we can't do that. Hmmm, WTH? So I asked her again if I can't just have a turkey sandwich and add salami. Again she said no. Hmmm, almost walked at that point, but a guy behind her overheard my request and told her to just do a turkey sandwich + extra meat. So ordering here is very specific to their laid out menu only. When I did get my sandwich, there were 4 small pieces of salami. The cheese is very thin. The worst part is the sandwich is very dry. Very dry. Glad I tried it, but now I know it's not my kind of sandwich shop.

I wish i had gone in person to accurately review this place but i'm so enraged by my order that this review would help other's refrain from buying from fast-food chains once again. I didn't expect much considering that I doordashed the order and is from a fastfood chain but i thought what my significant other had to say about it was worth a try. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a grilled italian with grilled mushrooms added. When I opened the bag, there was no chocolate chip cookie nor a properly made sandwich. Almost embarassing when you look at the picture. The tomato was lazily placed on the side of the sandwhich rather than inside, the meat was just scraps of ham, and i had a giant piece of brown lettuce (which i hope i dont end up in the hospital from food poisoning). You know, it's one thing to miss something on an order and maybe they were busy, i get it because ive worked multiple jobs at sandwhich shops and deli's in highschool. However, the order i received is embarassing and shows that the people making this do not care. Now i know to refrain from this place again.

Never had this deli before. Ordered a turkey for the first time. Turkey was dry and extremely salty. Threw it straight into the trash. $12 wasted.
I was given the completely wrong order one time, and when I returned, the then Manager gave me a coupon for a free sandwich, and waived the expiration. I went back awhile later to order, and the current Manager said they would not honor the coupon. Instead, they offered a small discount. Really bad form, especially since my only experience with them was to get the wrong sandwich no one wanted. Their sandwiches are really expensive. I won't ever go back here again.

My wife loves this place for the IMPOSSIBLE Cheesesteak, my kids like the Turkey and Cheese since it is freshly roasted and pulled turkey but every time they get to the end of the sandwich they complain how dry the sandwich is. There is no one to blame it is how turkey prepared that way is so no complaint just info sharing. Staff is always super friendly and timely with service. This place could be a 5 star location in my book if it wasn't for a couple things that appear more corporate or franchisee driven: Their naked fries are top 5 best fries I have ever had, this location discontinued them, they said the owner didn't want to do them anymore, not sure if it was the only thing they fried but they were AMAZING, this was one of the main items the family agreed was a reason to go eat here. The amount of open a franchise signage and advertising within the store and placed in areas feels like a lot, I get corporate wants to share they desire to expand but it feels excessive to market this way versus traditional GTM process with franchisees.

I just enjoyed an amazing veggie turkey sub from here! I'm glad I decided to check out the menu online. I was pleased to see they offer 4 different veggie "meat" sandwiches! I got the basic veggie turkey with no cheese, and added pickles and Russian dressing (basically 1000 island dressing). That bread melted in my mouth and all the fixings mixed together well. Now if they would offer non dairy cheese, they'd be perfect. I am so pleased with my dinner and can't wait to go back for more.
