I just got the worst California double cheeseburger I've ever had. The bun is super hard, the meat is barely warm, the cheese is not melted, and crumbling. This is the only time it's happened here. I won't be returning.

came in to get a refund for my food. and they decided to speak spanish thinking i didn’t understand saying i already ate the chicken, but yet there is half left. chicken sandwich was perfect until I got to half of the sandwich. It was very chewy and I’m not going to eat a chewy chicken sandwich. I’m sorry that I wanted my money back. Great customer service ay. no worries, my money won’t be spent here. Thank you.

The lettuce and tomato is always so fresh! It may not seem like much but crisp lettuce is hard to find in fast food so it's greatly treasured. The staff members are all so kind!
