Chick-fil-A is my first choice when traveling because it's never disappointed me. This location was perfect for patients at Sutter Health Imaging. Less than 5 minutes away, it made the trip worth it. My favorite is the chicken strips with fries and plenty of Chick-fil-A sauce.

Waited for half an hour on my lunch break for food, was told 10:15 , waited and they changed the time to 10:30 wasted my whole lunch break .. would not waste time stopping here

This is the first time going inside and just like the drive thru, it did not disappoint. Staff is super friendly, orders have never been wrong, food always warm and yummy. -- overall it's always a nice experience. 👍 👍

I can’t believe the experience I just had with the manager, Connie, at the granite bay location. I needed 10 kids meals for a memorial service lunch (kids don’t like paella apparently) to be delivered the next day and Connie spent a solid hour helping me get the order and delivery just right. Seriously, the best customer service I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Just amazing.

I had the best dining experience with Jessika Middleton. She not only was being extremely positive, but held the door open for me and my disabled son as I was exiting. She then walked us to our car and got the door for both me and my son. ❤️❤️❤️

This is My first time going to this Chick-Fil-A location in Granite Bay (Chick-Fil-A Granite Bay). Passed by here late this afternoon, before 5:00PM (1700 hours). The atmosphere was really good. The service was really good. I ordered a Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Sandwich Meal without tomato, Large Fries, Large Cherry Coke, and 3 piece chicken strips with BBQ sauce and Ranch. No major issues to report. I will be passing by here again.

They always seem to forget to put the sauces that you request in the bag, next time I will take my sweet time and hold up the line behind me and make sure they are in the bag, I don't feel this location (franchise) is managed well
