The food was served lukewarm, the rice was severely undercooked, and I encountered two bay leaves in the rice which caused me to gag. It's evident that minimal care is taken in preparing the food. As a result, I won't be returning.

1/19/2024 - Best Chipotle in Greater SAC! I skip x2 other convenient Chipotles to get here for the following reasons. First, Order Accuracy, quick and easy. I love that they take my food order right and charge the correct amount. Second, friendly engaging staff members. These folks look like they enjoy working together and working at Chipotle, they make working here seem fun! Super nice people! Third, cleanliness of store. From the outside windows, bathrooms, tables and utensils/napkins always stocked. Thank you for making our Chipotle experience the best!

For the best customer experience in town ask for Morellia. Chipotle just had another small price hike but everything has gone up. Cleanest chipotle in the area. Friendliest service, and best tasting food. This location is a win. ***** five stars.

what a rip-off! One of my neighbours was telling me that he thought the new Chipotle would be great. The weight was he mistaken! We got two of their special carne Asada salads Which were not only expensive, but lacked even a decent amount of carne, Asada. It was mostly lettuce with some rice and beans. A terrible limitation of authentic Mexican fare. The service was also terrible. They had one person taking orders and no preset lines, so people were just standing around, not knowing who to give the order to, and then She just randomly chose people to take their orders While those that had been waiting, the longest continued waiting. There were several people in Banque and another person in front, washing things when there was a line of people. Terribly disorganised. Overpriced, understaffed, poor quality, I would go next door to Taco Bell before I will never go back there.

Don't recommend this location! Hardly any meat and seems like they skimped on everything. Also, did not taste right - did not even taste like Chipotle. In fact, I had to throw most of it away. Other locations I've been to were fine but very disappointed in this one and this is the second time that I tried this location and both times it was not good.
Staff is on point here. Upbeat, kind, quick. Moved a large party through quickly. Great job guys. Food was awesome.

Correction/ law enforcement discount.Must been in uniform. That sucks for lots of officers that don't need to wear uniforms.Otherwise, food is still good to me

The staff stood around for over 5 minutes, talking to each other and ignoring me as I stood at the counter. When I finally got a young man to take my order, he was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. He tried to sort me on every scoop. I ordered a steak burrito bowl with extra steak. That was a mistake. The meat was dry, and almost every piece was grisly and hard. I was starving, so I ate what I could, but that burrito bowl was nasty. This location needs better management. At least the girl who rang me up was up beat and very friendly. Maybe make her manager?

My visit here the other day was nice, I like they have a drive threw but unfortunately I found out it's not for ordering to go it's for Online Orders Only.. but still it was nice to go inside the location which is done in the traditional Chipotle style which is great! The food I got which was a burrito bowl was just as I wanted and was great when paired with some of the best signature chips ever!!Overall my visit was good the things I can't say I enjoy is the way the burritos are wrapped almost to were they look like small bricks and the only thing that gives them shape is the foil wrap beyond that it's almost too much or too large of quantities for the tortilla that it's wrapped with but I've never had that issue at Carolina or Albertos. I'm still very thankful for a nice visit and delicious food and service ?!
