Tried to order a white hot chocolate without mocha, and they still try to add it back in. When I thankfully noticed, I got lectured for being allergic to mocha. The order taker was really nice but getting a lecture wasn’t so nice.

Cameron is awesome and so personable with my family making us laugh and feeling important! He's always smiling and making sure our order is how we wanted it. Dutch is always the highlight of our kids week after school thanks to the great drinks and friendly staff :)

Excellent cold brew but what's with the sitting inside the windows? Not sure I want peoples butts on a surface where food is likely to be placed at some point. I get the being cool with guest thong but management should stop this practice.

Normally decent/average service, if something is wrong they will remake it. I received a drink today and told the young man working that it was wrong and he said "oh should still taste the same" and that was it. I'm not one to make a fuss so I drove away. Thanks dutch Bros for being the brown icing on the torrent of waste I deal with on a daily basis.
