We were at this Starbucks location and we asked for regular water and were told they don’t give out water and only if you order drinks. We already had ordered and were already sat down and yet was denied for water. That was shocking and disappointing!

I have been to this location very few times on my way to work. I had two employees (wish i could remember names.. both had fun colorful hair) that were especially kind and made my experience feel very personable. One even wrote a cute message on my item! Really made my day. Will definitely be visiting this location more often going forward (:

I don’t know how you can hand someone a drink this way. Got all over my hand, white shirt, car. Were you in a hurry or upset that I didn’t tip you in the drive through? $7 to get all my stuff covered in chocolate thank you I will not ever go here again. Take your time why prank me like this I don’t even know you! Bad attitude mixed with a prank! Also the drink wasn’t blended enough. As you can see not only is there chocolate covering the outside but the chocolate chunks on the inside are not blended enough to make it through the straw I was provided. Guess I’ll head home and blend it again. All I really wanted was a cold drink on a hot day and I couldn’t have been more disappointed.

I can't rate a Starbucks above a 3 anymore, it's very mechanical, "meh" flavor, and it's expensive for something with a 50 cent input cost.

Love this Starbucks but with the recent spike in prices I think paying more attention to the quality of what they are serving would be beneficial. This iced coffee was $6.85.. last thing I want is to be sucking up coffee grounds for that hefty price.

I had two cappuccino and it took us over 20 minutes just for to coffee to get ready.The server was not friendly and I didn’t like the way he was talking.He needs to have at least a fake smile of his face.
