Ordered 3 foot longs double meat on all 3 and avo on one. Seemed like they forgot the double meat and forgot the avo. Not a cheap order to not get what I payed for.

Used to be tolerable, but not anymore. The food is GROSS. Tastes processed and definitely not fresh... no matter how hot the sandwich is, the cheddar blend didn't melt 🤢 they also don't seem to know about their own offerings- I requested a new sauce that was being advertised on the glass, and the employee had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention this franchise location doesn't participate with most of the subway app coupons. If you want a good sandwich, skip subway and go to beach hut around the corner.

I had the worst sandwich there that I've ever had. It was like 5:00 and they close at 9, they had NOTHING!! They had hardly any bread, only 3 types, none of which I like , they don't have sourdough anymore... they did have the meat I wanted... But hardly anything for the toppings, I basically got some meat, shredded cheese, because they were out of almost all cheeses, a few veggies.. I got onions, and olives on my sandwich that's it. Horrible, I could see if it was almost closing time, but closing time was FOUR HOURS away! I don't know why they didn't cut up some more vegetables. It was horrible, I used to love Subway, but I will never go to that location again. They should just shut it down this was the 3rd time that I've gotten terrible sandwiches there. I gave them 3 chances because they are the only ones around me. This is the subway on Folsom-Auburn Rd.. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I took two bites and had to throw the whole 12 inches away... And I was out of 14$ !!
It's 5:50 p.m. and this place has locked their doors. The guy inside won't open the door. They're supposed to close at 6:00 p.m. which are the hours that are posted.
