Owner/Franchisee now charges customers $1 for a water cup (costing about a nickel) while charging $3 for a soda! After being a steady weekly (or more often) customer for years...it's time to stick with In and Out Burgers full time...they appreciate their customers!

while waiting for my order in the drive through I politely asked for an ice water to go with my food and the man working the drive through told me “we’re out of water cups” as he proceeded to fill up a drink for the customer behind me. What? You can’t just give me a water in a small cup? “Nope” a paying customer can’t get a water because the franchise owner wants to save a fraction of a penny on a plastic cup that’s bigger than 6oz. Congrats on the savings, you lost my business from here on out. I’ll avoid this location and drive a mile down the road next time. 👎

Super under staffed but cashier named Makayla was very helpful and polite. Taking orders and also helping with orders. In my opinion there needs to be more workers. 2 people shouldn’t be having to try to take all that responsibility

Bro, I asked for extra red sauce for each burrito and was charged for it and only got extra in one. And I also asked for extra hot sauce and I got 2 mild sauces. Crazy how hard it is for such a simple request to be completed.

My husband and I came here at around 10 pm on 7/20 and were really disappointed by the overt rudeness by staff. When contemplating what we wanted, female staff at the drive thru decided we were taking too long and turned off the menu and told us to pull forward repeatedly. We had ordered two tacos and were still deciding on what else. Nobody was behind us or in front of us, we were polite. We told her we were still ordering- she ignored us and told us to pull forward regardless. It just seemed like they did not want to work despite no other customers being present. It was extremely rude and unwarranted. Hopefully, this behavior is addressed. Regardless, we will not be coming back here.

they just keep getting worse and worse. got the order wrong twice, and none of the items are properly labeled, which could be potentially dangerous if someone has allergies. worst taco bell in town

I ordered 5 tacos and the hard taco shell smell so bad just like smell of the fresh paint ! We put them in a trash! And called the store not to serve those taco shell to anybody else!

I've been coming here for years and within the last year, it's really gone downhill. The food is almost always wrong. I'm always getting someone else's orders. They take forever, or they forget about me. They'll ask you to park in a parking spot. And then they forget you're there and you sit there for 30 minutes. I've had to go in and remind them that I'm there multiple times. I just got out of the drive through after waiting first in line for 25 minutes no one even acknowledged me or had me pay or anything like that. I was not offered any sort of coupon or compensation for me having to wait. They don't seem to care. They're very rude. It's just not working. I don't know how this taco bell is still running, but someone needs to actually get in there and fix this. Or they're going to get shut down.

Management sucks here. Literally has like 2 employees staffed during lunch rushes. Slowest service of any taco bell around. Prices are also higher than other nearby taco bells.

Definitely not fast food. Takes over 25 minutes to get your food when No one else is in the restaurant. How can a business stay open paying what they have to and workers performing this way. Unfortunate
