They need to just close this location, its kind of laughable how you will never have a seamless experience here... The real problem has to be the manager or regional manager, same issues for years and nothings changed
Such nice people work at this location. Always a pleaseure to see their happy faces and their
workers working together as team and respect one another there.

Went to drive-through on Saturday and found on my burrito rats poop when I called them they hung up call one,800 Taco Bell complain about 10 minutes later. Storm employee called me. I told her she disagreed with me and she offered me $10 discount coupon for my trouble when I spend over close to $30 I said no thank you to her offer, the district manager called me. Now the district manager calls me and I explained him there was a rat poop on my burrito. He said question me how do you not a rat poop? I say it’s outside, sir. He went back-and-forth he goes. I seen the pictures you sent. It’s not a rat poop. It’s a burnt cheese first he said Cheese should be flat when it melts. I might plastic District manager said you can take the burrito they can look at it at the store what it is I said nope I am not going to the store. I told him I’m gonna call the health department because the safety issue is a health department is not gonna do nothing that’s why, not to eat at Taco Bell unless you like to eat rat poop if I can give them zeros that’s what I give them

Guys are so rude i just want to drive thru no body was there and they told me i will not give the order to u in drive thru because i am a dasher thats why and when i go inside store thay just me drink without holder and told we dont have and dont not bag up the food for me
The food was good as normal, but the service at this place was slow, even though they were not busy at all. One newer staff member was on it, if someone left he was there to instantly clean the table.
I do still love this taco bell. I just don't like going inside when I need to pay with cash. They don't want to take your order and prefer you to use the kiosk and it's obvious with the way they conduct themselves.

First of all, the order. I told the order to the cashier. Then she proceeded to ask me all of the questions over again about my order. Next, they have the sauces and forks hidden away from customers so you need to ask for them. Then you receive the order. In my case, the #1 combination (three tacos and a drink). The tacos were so thriftily-filled that they were laughable. I'm a long term Taco Bell customer and I know what they should look like. These tacos were about 1/3 filled. Maybe two tablespoons of meat, lettuce and cheese coming about 1/3 to the top. The rest was empty space. When I picked them up, each one cracked down the middle because the shell had nothing in it to keep it from compressing when I held it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL RESTAURANT and go to a different store. I felt like I needed to go to lunch again after eating there because there wasn't much food in the order.
Drive thru was fast.
On two separate occasions, I’ve ordered chips and cheese from this location, and the oil in which the chips were cooked was rancid. The chips were inedible and I had to throw them out. Please CHANGE OUT YOUR OIL.
The service is generally slow and lacking in basic manners. This portion of the review is for the drive-thru only.
I’ve found myself driving way out of my way to go to different Taco Bells, more often than not.
They close before posted closing hours.
Imagine you're hungry and arrive 20 minutes before closing? Nah, no food for you tonight. Second time this has happened at this location. Kind of wild. Let's normalize staying open until posting closed hours.
This is my first time passing by this Taco Bell location in Granite Bay. I ordered two chicken quesadillas, a crunchy taco, a Doritos Locos taco, and Large Nacho Cheese Fries. I also ordered a Large Root Beer for my meal as well. I noticed some areas inside the restaurant weren't cleaned. When I walked inside, there was a few people. When I went inside the restroom to wash my hands, I only got a single drop of hand soap. Honestly, the workers at this Taco Bell location need to do a better job of cleaning and restocking the hand soap in the restroom.
