I placed an online order for pick up rushed on my lunch break to pick it up. I ordered a bbq chicken salad. I paid for an extra ranch and asked for fork and napkin they were not in the bag.My salad was missing the onion, celantro, and there was just a light drizzle of bbq sauce . The lettuce was yellow. When I called to try and get what I pd for I got a call center. They said send an email to habit they responded with a fake link that said I would get Habit credits it never worked so I paid for an expensive salad that was awful!!! And could not get it replaced or my money back. Not worth it if they charge that much they should make your order correctly

I've been to this location at least 3 times in the last month and every time had a horrible experience. They are really understaffed leading to the staff they do have being beyond rude, I've never even seen such terrible customer service. After providing a receipt showing proof of my order and proving I was at the correct location the manager walked away and told me to wait and she'd write my order down in a minute. After having already waited over 30 minutes I requested a refund and she just said "go online". The burgers have been too greasy to eat for months now and the tempura green beans which have always been a favorite of mine have consistently been greasy, cold and falling apart. None of their food is worth the price. Habit Burger has sadly lost all the quality it once had. I suggest going to In & Out instead for the delicious crisp they always achieve in their buns and the seasoning they never fail to add and all for a reasonable price.

Nothing fancy but it's always nice and clean with quality mural photos on the wall. Food is healthy and delicious. I suggest the Barbeque Chicken Salad. I have them NOT put onions, croutons or Cilantro on anything, ever and they always get it right. The food is filling and tasty! Prices are still pretty good too.

Visit here fairly often when driving through and the staff and service is exceptional. Tentative, friendly and go the extra mile. Even our guests wanted to come back by due to service and different unique options. Great job!!

1st time they tried to charge for ranch and bbq. $1.00 each. Wow yums brands leaving their mark! Even noticed that they no longer put green leaf in the lettuce mix, and the meat has changed drastically. I don't think I'll be back.

This was the only place I could think of that had the audacity to charge for adding cheese to a hamburger, but the food was good and it was only slightly more expensive than other similar fast food places. Here we are 10 years later, The Habit is now owned by Taco Bell/Pizza Hut's Yum Brands and it is obvious since the food quality took a sharp decline and you are getting charged for everything now. $30 for two burgers and two fries WITHOUT DRINKS and they still decided to start charging $0.60 NOT INCLUDING TAX for each small ranch. Even after they started charging for ranch, you were still given 1 free ranch per side ordered, but now they have taken a second step in the wrong direction and removed fries from that offer, so you get nothing for free. I paid $2 for 3 small ranch cups and you can taste that they are using less of the seasoning mix in their ranch too. Everything about this place is penny-pinching and they frequently forget to add-on items that you PAID SEVERAL DOLLARS to have on your burger, like bacon or avocado. I'd like to say that I would still come back and give them another shot, but I honestly can't say that I will.

Ordered through mobile app for curbside pickup, no one ever came out and I’m unable to get out of the car for medical reasons. Called the number and can’t get a hold of anyone. Had a similar instance at this location months ago when I was able to go inside, my order just sat on the counter and the guy behind the counter was super rude when I was confirming that it was mine amongst all the other orders on the counter. Worst location ever and won’t be going back. The rude worker was a younger, pale scrawny guy. To the owner: you obviously read and reply to all these bad reviews, why don’t you actually rectify the consistent problems at this location??

Placed an order for pickup and received a text saying order is ready. When I walked up to the counter, they could not find my order. After 35 minutes since placing my order, I finally got my order remade. There was no organization between kitchen and front counter staff. Would not visit again during a busy time.

We placed our order for curb side pick up. We arrived and said we were there. We waited almost 15 minutes from the time we arrived. Finally we had to go in to get our order. It was sitting on the counter when we arrived. Disappointed in the service. The food was cold. No salt on the fries. This location used to be the best of the Habit locations. Not anymore. My burger had cooked fat on the bun, not attached to the pattie. The cheese slice wasn't melted or warm. The sauce was runny, and watery. Really disappointed. Habit may not be our go to for a good burger anymore.
