Habit Burger & Grill

I decided to sit on the patio and enjoy the nice evening. When my buzzer went off, the staff brought my order to me with a smile 😃

I haven’t been here for a while. Quality has gone down. Fries arrived barely cooked. Like they were in the fryer just long enough to thaw. When I asked for salt they said they were all out. A well managed establishment does NOT run out of salt. Burger was acceptable but underwhelming, however, and I’ll put this delicately- my body is working overtime to rid itself of this meal. A homeless man was inside displaying concerning behavior. He finally left after a customer gave him his soda. I hope management can get a handle on this store and get it back up to standard.

Food is good value for the product. Price & quality are better than fast food/drive thru. Tried to order online. Not user friendly-had a difficult time ordering from the correct location, and I gave up and ordered after walking in, then waited. Menu with limited choices but had vegetarian options. At first, it was difficult to tell if open (construction in area & parking lot coned off), but business was steady. People either walked in & ordered or walked in to pick up. Did not see any curbside delivery/service.

We really liked it i eat healthy keto and it's a great spot double burger lettuce wrapped and a full size salad with ranch hold the croutons kids had singles with fries and a drink and got them shakes

Food is really good and there is a good variety. Service was fast and polite.

Food is great, but it took them four times in a row to get my order correct. Nothing particularly complicated either, just wanted no bacon with grilled onions. Eventually got resolved, thankfully, but it was almost comical how many tries it took.

Just your average burger and burger restaurant, IMO.

+1⭐️ for shaded outdoor seating that’s dog 🐶 friendly. SB Char was lacking in flavor so three choices of peppers from hot to mild certainly helped. Staff needs to pay attention to filling the pepper 🌶️ containers and napkin box.

Came here with the family few weeks ago and Evelyn was super friendly with us and our children.
This place is clean and food is very good.
Had to come back here again with my son as a son and mom date. That’s what my son requested. :)
Evelyn was at her element again. Friendly and sweet. My son sat down and said “this woman is so kind” - THANK YOU EVELINE. And charburgers do not disappoint. 👌

Thea provided exceptional customer service. I ordered a burger at the other location on accident, and she offered to make me one real quick so I didn't have to drive back to Rocklin. I hope she is recognized for her service & the burger was delicious

I love their grilled chicken salad.

Parking lot is limited at this location. People block you in to get to neighboring chick filet, so parking is rough.
