This is a great little restaurant, the food is always fresh and yummy. I have had a lot of great tasting experiences from this place. Now I'm thinking, I should have kept this a secret.

Have no idea what new management is doing but my dish was pretty gross. The chicken was extremely chewy and stringy and didn't have a good flavor overall. Hopefully they see people aren't reacting well to the changes and do something about it because this was one of my favorite local spots until now.

Food was Great before but now it is even better. As good or better than Chinese food in China Town. Restaurant is under new management but menu changed very little just quality is better. I can't say I have a favorite because every dish I order is a new favorite. Dining room is very small typical of a neighborhood hole in the wall restaurant. They are great for phone orders. It typically takes 15 minutes to cook fresh and ready to go.

This used to be a decent place, but it has been sold and the new owners haven't a clue as to how to prepare proper Chinese food. I write this as someone who has grown up eating Chinese food all my life, and as someone whose family has owned a Chinese restaurant. Stay away if you value your taste buds! We ordered take-out beef chow fun. Simple enough right? Nope. The noodles were pasty and mushy. Proper chow fun isn't that way. The beef was the texture of shoe leather. It was basically dried out and over-fried. We also had a sparerib dish with a sweet sauce. Again the meat was cooked to the point that there was almost no moisture left. It was like eating jerky. Beef with Chinese broccoli came with western broccoli, not Chinese broccoli as promised. Again the beef was dry and over-fried. The western broccoli was ok, but OMG the MSG level was through the roof! There were some other dishes as well. Every one of them was inedible. I threw it all away rather than subject my kids to this horrible garbage. I then went to In & Out and got them some cheeseburgers since everyone was hungry. And even though I had only tasted a small amount of the broccoli, the MSG was still burning my mouth 45 minutes later. It actually pains me to write this review, since this place USED to be decent. No more. Unfortunately this was one of the worst, inedible disasters I've ever had.

While there is an outstanding selection of items to choose from, this is the 2nd time we've ordered a large family dinner order and received food that was below average. Last time was mongolian beef that would have been perfect for a WENDY'S commercial, as we all were left asking "WHERE'S THE BEEF?". Tonight's family dinner was a let down on so many levels. Honey walnut shrimp with hardly any sauce, General chicken with hardly any spice and finally a Green bean stir fry with minced pork that did not have minced pork in it and instead had a total of 10 tiny bits of pork in the entire order. Sadly, we'll not get to try the rest of the menu in the future. Two expensive dinners and let down both times, we'll try somewhere else next time.

The most greasy chow main I've ever had. My sweet & sour chicken tasted like old chicken parts I literally gagged eating it. My fried wontons were stale & obviously microwaved to heat them up. The sweet & sour should just be called sour!Very very disappointing experience. That was the biggest waste of 28$.

I have been here at least 5 times hoping that it would be good. The bottom line is that their ingredients are not fresh and each time I order something, I get frustrated with the quality of the food. I loved this place with the previous owners (Tsing Tao). I ordered tofu and it was spoiled. I have ordered broccoli beef and the broccoli is bitter so it's not fresh. I want this place to succeed but it's hard to recommend when it's obvious that the food just isn't fresh.

I just ordered tonight; once again. I’ve supported this place since the shut down of everything. I have not always been satisfied but tonight was hands down the worst tasting food I’ve ever had. $52 dollars later everything tasted like that stale refrigerator taste and smell. I ordered broccoli/beef and it tasted like stale meet from a freezer. Ordered the honey walnut shrimp and again; tasted like old rancid food. I want to support local businesses but honestly this will be the last time I will ever go back. They are so sweet but obviously cutting corners and lacking quality of food.
