My family and I have enjoyed Gott's since it opened. Tonight I was so disappointed that I needed to let the staff know why. I ordered and picked up the Vietnamese Salad as it is a favorite. It was soggy and inedible. I tossed it and will not order again.

It's basically a hamburger place, where you order at the counter and wait for them to buzz you. The food is actually pretty good, but it's not inexpensive. There's a good variety on offer though - it's not all hamburgers. Very popular with teens and families.

It seems that there has been a change for the better since some of these reviews were done. We just are here today 13 Sept and the food was great. Little one had chicken tenders, and they didn’t stand a chance. Same went for the sweet potato fries. I had the wester burger with blue cheese and I hardly ever eat an entire burger, there’s always something wrong with it. Here, the meat to bun ratio was right for me, toppings were plentiful and the punch of the blue cheese was on point. The front staff and really anyone we interacted with were very kind and patient. We’re adding this place to our list of places to stop for food. Which I guess was the original intent of Gott’s.
