There was mold on my egg!!!!!!
This location SUCKS. It takes 45+ mins (or longer if it’s rush hour) just to get one bagel with cream cheese. Management here is just not good at all. They have 5 or more people behind the counter dragging their feet. I’ve seen the manager tell people to go on lunch while they actively have customers out the door waiting to order and other customers trying to find a place to stand to wait for a bagel then eventually asking when their bagel will be done since they have been waiting 40+ minutes even after they ordered ahead of time.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with a maple cinnamon bagel. The bagel why dry, cold and yellow??? It was bland. The egg was cold and the bacon was cheap thin bacon.
I also ordered the hashbrowns which were not very good either. They were grainy and mushy and just not appetizing.
All this for 16 dollars. Not worth it!

I order their signature bagel sandwiches often, typically online/in-app and pick it up. Usually ready within 10 minutes and seamless. The sandwiches are typically very good.

Food is always amazing. Online ordering works very well. In store POS systems suck and are slow and antiquated though.

Bacon egg and cheddar was fire. Bagel was tender and crispy. Staff was friendly. Service was fast. Don’t know why this place gets bad reviews..

I love Noah’s. They aren’t the classic chewy bagel but they are delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Their schmears used to be delicious but they only have four now and only two are worth eating. The service at the location is terrible. I’ve never been there and had an employee be polite. In fact they are always quite rude. I am always polite and warm in any interaction with people and despite my warm smile and wishing the employees a nice day, all I get are grumpy under the breath mutterings. Makes me wonder if it’s an awful place to work.

Don't eat here! It's gross. They don't care. They sold me coffee that was cold. Then they lied about putting it in the microwave to heat it up. It was still cold because the microwave didn't work. The sandwich was poorly made. Guy stuck a fat wedge of cucumber in a lox sandwich. It was a joke. They didn't have bathrooms that worked. This place is disgusting and a rip off. And I was even suckered into tipping them. This place is terrible. City should close them down. I want my money back.

Jacklyn’s kindness made my day. She spotted my Marin Health visitor badge, asked about our newborn in the NICU, and surprised my wife with a complimentary cinnamon muffin to celebrate. That thoughtful gesture—along with consistently tasty bagels and warm, attentive staff—has kept us coming back throughout our stay at Marin General. Highly recommend Noah’s Bagels! - Thanks Jacklyn!
