We looked on Trip Advisor for a good place to have pizza after a long day exploring the area since we are not locals. The place with the best reviews had a line out the door and seemed very busy inside. So we went here instead that was closer to our hotel. The pizza that I received was the wrong size and the wrong type of pizza. The pizza that my wife ordered was OK. We each had a side salad which were also OK. The people at the table nearest us to the left were complaining that the soup was cold and not thoroughly cooked. The table to our right was complaining that 3 of 6 the people at the table did not receive salads before they got their meal. These were the only other two tables inside the restaurant that had customers so once we were listening to them we realized why this place does not get great ratings / reviews. If management reads this they need to realize that they’re never going to survive with this kind of service. It almost seems surprising that they survived Covid with the poor service and a complacent attitude toward the food that is served. The prices were not in line with the food or service.

I really like that Paxti's has vegan options. l ordered the deep dish vegan pizza, which was pretty good however the sauce has a pretty bitter taste so I'm not sure if I'd order it again. I ordered online and when I arrived at my pick-up time I waited in a line for 25 min to be able to pick up my pizza. I'm not sure if that's a normal experience, but there are probably ways they could make that process more efficient.

Decided after 6 months living next door to give it a try. all i can say is congratulations san francisco, you ruined pizza... $85.00 for a 10 in and 14in pizza. we got the recommended "everything" pizza and a chicken deep dish. It took over an hour to come and both were cold when we got them. The everything was soggy, not the good dripping grease New York style soggy, but water soggy from being put in the box hot and sitting until cool. Also so many onions and black olives thats all we could taste, even over the pepperoni and sausage. Definitely NOT a fresh made crust either. The deep dish chicken was wierd tasting, like that canned chicken you get at the SM for chicken salad and such. Overall NOT a good place. Especially for 85.00, I would have been ok with the price had it been amazing, but no lie, the "fast food" pizza joints are better, cheaper and faster.

I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. when I I need a special supper, this restaurant comes first to my head. outstanding and food and a rich menu.trained staff members, and agreeable mood. Also, the charge is good. I sent my friends to this place with great pleasure.
you can eat outdoor and the server is fantastic He keep on refilling our drinks since it is to hit when we were eating were drinking cold veterans like there's no tomorrow and he comes on checking on us if we needed something

I love this spot! They give awesome dishes, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that spot is very trained, I enjoy very much eating all their food. The dishes are always of high class, the attitude towards the customers is good. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I recommend this place.
