Went for brunch today, ordered the Huevos Rancheros and a Horchata, w/ tip $25. The Horchata was great, the Huevos Rancheros was inedible. One of the easiest of dishes, and by far the worst interpretation I have ever seen of this Mexican classic. Either Road Runner does not understand what they are doing, or they don't care. Either way, don't eat there. Go to Mi Pueblo, their food is consistently good, they know and care.

Nice spot for a burrito with some non traditional options so worth a stop if your near by. Was busy with an event that day so wait was long.

The place was very clean and the service was great. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Will definitely be coming back.

Cool little place. Had the chicken mole burrito- legit!!! Needed maybe a squirt of sour cream. Could have used a couple of chips but they were at an extra charge. I'll go back!!!

I simply loved Road Runner Burrito. I live in Texas, and it's know we have fabulous Taco's. I was visiting a friend in California and was getting a tad hungry, so I saw a shopping center and figured I could find something quick to eat. This is when the magic happens. I saw Road Runner Burrito, and decided to give them a shot. Boy was my belly happy that I did. I ordered the Fish Tacos and they were a culinary delight. Without a shadow of doubt, they were in the 3 best tacos I've ever had. I promise you, if they were in Texas, it would be a weekly visit. The fish was grilled to perfection and they added just the right amount of slaw on top. Simply a fish taco executed at the highest level. Road Runner gets two thumbs up in my book.

RoadRunner ManagementYou really need to fix the online ordering system or at least teach your employees how to fill orders that come via online. Our orders are never ready on time or have even started to make the order whenever we come to pick up the food. This last order tonight was made online 35 minutes before we arrived to pick it up and the cashier didn't even know about the order. He then said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. However, it took another 15-20 minutes for them to finish even though there was no one in the store at that time.I am sending you this complaint because you do have tasteful Mexican fast food that is good and convenient to local people when the orders are right! It's a shame to have such bad customer service from your staff that mess up orders all the time. Believe me numerous people make the very same complaints. I hope you find this email useful in improving your restaurant!

This is a peculiar mexican restaurant for sure. The inside decor looks and feels like a genuine mexican place but it has a name like Roadrunner and offers BBQ and teriyaki burritos. Oddities aside, I felt like the biggest burrito they offered, The Roadrunner, was not worth almost 16 dollars. The fact that this is supposed to be a casual mexican place but cost me 20 dollars for a burrito and drink due to the price of the food, the 3% living wage surcharge (which i'm fine with), and the default tip on the ipad screen set to 15% (which i'm not fine with being set to 15% since they already charge you a mandatory tip) is kind of odd to me- but it's still a good bite nonetheless

On my way to my granddaughters first soccer game I stopped here for the first time. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos and had them cut and wrap them in half. They were perfect and disappeared quickly! We tried to repeat the order on Sunday but they weren't open. Their website gave Sunday hours so maybe their website needs updating. Anyway, I'll be back Monday-Saturday!
