I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Even though there was only one person ahead of me, I waited 10–12 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the five staff members who were working. They didn’t appear busy, which made the lack of attention even more frustrating.

When I was finally helped, the service felt rushed and impersonal. On top of that, the salad itself was very average—especially considering the price. For the quality of food and the poor level of service, I don’t feel it’s worth it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back

I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened at Bon Air and almost always pre-order through the app to save time. When I get my actual order it’s great! However there have been quite a few instances where items are incorrect or missing from my order, and the online customer service chat is a very poor response. My advice is check your order EVERY time before you leave

This place saved me from unhealthy food in the area. Great spot I eat here daily.

Had such a delicious and healthy dinner from Sweetgreen! The manager Donell took such good care of us, giving us recommendations and a genuine happy birthday to the friend I was with. The staff were happy, cared about getting us what we wanted, and it was super clean behind the salad bar. Much love for this location <3 thanks again for making our night Donell!
