The employees in this restaurant are amazingly polite and with patience. The food comes out fresh and fast, and always ask if I wanted any sauces or anything else. Never had that and I’m glad i got to experience this, great restaurant! Way to go Carls ! Will be coming back to this restaurant again!

I just wanted to go ahead and let corporation know how uncomfortable it was for me to witness an episode of harassment from a manager, from the looks of it, to an employee. I visit this Carls Jr often with my family and I have encountered this employee ,who’s always nice and courteous, but to my suprise was pulled out to the center of dine in during what looked to be a very busy dine in area. My children and I were very taken back as we heard the manager scold the employee for taking a water cup, correction he called him a thief who stole a water cup, repeatedly. It’s a shame that Carls Jr will treat their employees with such disregard for their great service and commitment. It’s heart breaking and I will offer to pay for this young man’s drink, shame on you Carls Jr.
