I came after work to get a spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty late it was 11 but on line it says they close at 12 so I expected to get help I went through the drive through like 2 times and there where 3 people inside just standing there on there phones and I decided to order it on the app so I did and i waited for someone to answer so they can know am here for my order and nothing the kid saw me but ignored me so I went to the front to open the door and while i go a girl comes out and I let her know am picking up my order and she’s like no we’re closed like are you serious so she goes back inside and tells me to wait I wait about 10 min for a cold frozen burger really poor customer service

This is my go-to fast food restaurant. The food is delicious and has a wide range to choose from. I really enjoyed my famous start with cheese and waffle fries. Fresh too! Definitely reccomend to those who are traveling. The staff is nice and welcoming

Was going to eat here but the staff doesn’t want anybody to use restrooms. Open, clean and dry, but they don’t want anyone to use them. So I would suggest that you stop literally anywhere else where people act normal. Didn’t bother eating because obviously the staff are obviously distracted with other things. Like keeping people out of the perfectly fine bathrooms.

Found a couple hairs in my frys... called but couldn't get through to anyone. Ended up throwing the food away. What a waste of time and money. Do better Carl's JR, WEAR HAIRNETS! & answer the dang phone.
Literally ridiculous how I ordered some breaded chicken tenders and it took the 30 mins to get my food ready even though I ordered off door dash 10 mins prior to showing up.

First time at this establishment and oh my is there a lot to say, for starters the customer service was amazing they were really patient and welcoming while taking down my order while also even checking in to see if I needed more sauce or something in general, as for the establishment the interior it was very clean and made it more enjoyable to dine in. I would definitely recommend to stop by here, as I would definitely come again!!!

I recently visited Carl's Jr., and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service in an impeccably clean and inviting restaurant. I ordered the Famous Star with Cheese, which exceeded all my expectations with its juicy, flavorful charbroiled patty, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and perfectly melted cheese. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the hand-scooped milkshake was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The quality of the ingredients and generous portions offered great value for money, making Carl's Jr. a fantastic dining experience that I will definitely be returning to soon!
