The Salinas Valley is known for having some of the best Mexican bakeries in the country. This one is probably the best one in the valley. Not the biggest selection, and a small food menu- but the bread is out of this world.

I usually don't stop here for bread, but it smelled so good I had to come in. First, the bolillos were dry ♨️, at least one day the shells were good ?? the horns were also dry ♨️ and the Wrapped Child was also very dry, not at all fresh.//Usually, I don't stop here for bread, but it smelled so good I had to go in. I’ve been going to this bakery for years and I’ve always had a good experience but i went there yesterday I work graveyard and i wanted donuts the donuts were dry the cream in the middle was dry it seemed that they were at least two days old . She put all the donuts together and all the glaze came off of donuts . Worst experience i don’t know if they have new owners but i won’t go back . So sad I really like it spent 10 bucks only to throw it all away . They were so dry when i tried to open them they just crumbled and broke apart. Never again

Lo mejor!The best!They definitely have plenty of options to choose from at great prices and make sure you get some of their cookies because they are homemade and they are at a great value.They have snacks and refrigerator section with other drinks to choose from. Call ahead and make sure you ask if they still have menudo or pozole but usually on Sundays.
