Starbucks is known for excellent customer service, but not this location. The girl working the drive through on 10/14/2024 at 8pm ish was RUDE. Instead of her giving us a whole speech on how much of an inconvenience it was for them for us to order additional drinks at the window, and how cars had lined up while she took our order (the cars lined up cause of her 5 minute rant), she could have simply declined and have us go around like she suggested at the end of her monologue. When I thanked her for doing so, she responded with such sassiness and the girls in the back laughed. Not the best practice to be representing Starbucks, a coffee chain known for excellence in customer service.

I essentially only go to Starbucks for the Matcha. It’s not very common most other places in this area and I’ve found its effects much more positive than things like coffee or other energy drinks. That said, this location has got to be the worst at making matcha lattes. I don’t know what changed but I swear they pretty much just give you a cup of milk with a sprinkle of matcha in it and act like it’s okay.
And this has been going on for months now which is why I’m finally writing a review. I’ve tried requesting up to 10 extra scoops and still it’ll get to me looking practically white and tasting like straight up milk while if I go to a different establishment (much further north or south) and the standard variety (4 scoops) would have a significantly better hue and allow for actually tasting the matcha.
This spot used to be my go to but now it’s just consistently short changing the matcha. While all the other stuff I’ve gotten from there has been fine, my primary purpose has always been matcha and since they just seem to have given up on making it, I see no reason to go back there anymore.

Five stars, people, five glorious stars! If you’re ever in Greenfield, do yourself a favor and stop by this Starbucks. You won’t regret it!

Place gets busy. Drinks were yummy . Perfectly located right off the highway. Great pick me up drink in way back home . Staff friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms.

Bad service took 20 minutes just to give us a drink

Got a frappe and two sandwiches on July 4th afternoon. They were 15mins behind on drink orders but we were ok with the wait. The barista working there were so efficient and fast, they were working non-stop on drive thru, in store and online orders. My drink tasted great and the staff was super friendly.
