Bad customer service from the girl manager in greenfield. I had ordered my food and asked if I can modify my order, she said no because the already made them. If I’m going to eat it and I’m paying I should get what I’m asking for so I left without my order and she didn’t even bother to try offer customer service in any other way

Asked the worker 3 times for fresh nacho fries, still got cold and severely stale fries. Fine, whatever— just went back to get fresh ones. Went home and opened our food, it was below average and not properly filled. I usually get the burrito bowl, it was BARELY even filled and had hard undercooked rice.Pathetic food, sub-par service, and lazy workers. Save yourself the trouble and just go to King City or Soledad, because they won’t bother doing their job here.

Must be the new wage law in Cali. $18 for three things is ridiculous.Bathroom was clean.Store was dirty. Food and trash on the floor. Flies alive swarming the air and dead ones in the windowsills.They don't stock napkins in the lobby.Or anything else. So you know they have issues with waste from customers.The food was burnt (you could smell how burnt it was even if you were blind) on the outside and wet on the inside(like left over water from lettuce and tomatoes just dripping).Just bad quality. And I am a customer that wants a clean store and food quality when I pay nearly $20 for a meal.

Parking: Plenty of parking because store is empty. No customers.

I was in today at noon for a mobile order. Had to wait 5 mins + for it to be made. Thought mobile order was supposed to be done quickly. Can't believe they still have the same Management. Rosa is completely rude with just the look on her face.

Trash ? customer service.. Some workers are rude telling me they can't give me just a flour tortilla when I always have been getting it here for my Fiesta bowl.. Then burps while speaking to me saying we can't give you a tortilla. Save your money. Drive somewhere else. Also, had a friend who got expired meat like what!?
