Someone should really come and check in on this location, they don't talk to their customers at the drive-thru you have to talk to them to get a response and even then it takes them over half an hour to take your order if you try to call the store the phone is disconnected as well.

Went last night through the drive through for just a large Hi-C fruit punch. Sat at the speaker to order for almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then I pulled up to the window to pay and wasn’t acknowledged for over 5 minutes. I ended up leaving instead of waiting for even longer. This service is ridiculous especially for a drink.

Ate here today, and encountered my first Karen! She was irate and throwing a tantrum because she wanted someone to take her order because she didn't want to use the kiosk, which is how we have to order now. She claimed she didn't know how to use it but steady had her iPhone in her hand. The employee let her know that is how we have to order and she said it was stupid that WE have to do her job that they get paid for. She just insulted and belittled the employee the entire time and after leaving she and her husband left all their trash and mess on the table. It's people like her that nobody wants to work fast food anymore they think it's OK to talk how ever they want to employees and nothing happen. To the employee today, Good job for standing up for yourself! To anybody reading this PLEASE take it easy with the employees, they are only following rules and regulations they don't make themselves.

I went in there, and there were 4 workers hanging out in the dining area while one older lady was running the counter and the drive-through and the fryer. Plus, this lady who looked like my mom was occasionally running to the back to get frozen boxes of something. The whole 20 minutes it took grama to make my food by herself, the 4 millennial/zoomer workers sat with their feet up having a chat.

Kid-friendliness: The employees set a terrible example of how we should treat our elders.

Counter - drive threw person kinda rude. And when i pay for something i expect to get it. I paid for a halfie for one of the meals and didnt get it. Nor the extra sauce packs i paid for to. Or my receit for my points. It waz not busy in there in the slightest either.

The lady who waited on me was great! But this place has no business staying open! It was burning up in there! When I asked if the AC is not working they said it is but it's not on! Both customers and staff were burning up!!!!
