Ate here today, and encountered my first Karen! She was irate and throwing a tantrum because she wanted someone to take her order because she didn't want to use the kiosk, which is how we have to order now. She claimed she didn't know how to use it but steady had her iPhone in her hand. The employee let her know that is how we have to order and she said it was stupid that WE have to do her job that they get paid for. She just insulted and belittled the employee the entire...

Ordered online ... waited at the drive thru window for over 10 mins for my order and when I got the order I asked if there was ranch in the bag (for the 2- 8 piece nuggets that I ordered) the guy at the window said "it's in the bag" and shuts the window... I drive back home to live oak and discover not only is there no ranch in the bag but there is also no chicken nuggets in the bag.

Went through for the first time in quite a while.bought a special deal..2 king buyers $7.99... onion rings lg Dr pepper...$18.. ok 2 burgers $8... Onion rings and a LG Dr pepper $7... That's a deal?... Cold food.. waited 12 minutes in the drive up.And paid $18... Never again..I did hit em up for my senior discount..$16.. I'm done..rip off
