I had a very disappointing experience at Los Charros Griddle. First, they mistakenly added a $7.40 tip to my bill without asking, which I only noticed after the fact. That alone is concerning, but unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it.
I ordered a steak burrito, but it came with other meats mixed in, and the steak itself was burnt, tough, and tasted like it had been reheated — possibly even old. My boyfriend’s burrito wasn’t any better; the rice inside was hard and the beans tasted stale, like they had been sitting out for a while.
I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owner to resolve these issues, but no one has responded or followed up.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. There are much better options for Mexican food that respect your money and serve fresh, quality meals.

Lately they add too much salt to everything. Today I bought a tortilla soup and it is inedible. This is too salty! The molcajete is another super salty dish and the tortilla soup, in my opinion, if it is to go, they should put the fried tortillas separately. They asked me to pick up my order in 45 minutes, and when I picked it up, the tortilla was completely destroyed, it looked like paste, I definitely had to throw it away.
Best birria tacos there salsas are delicious and they have options on how spicy you like them.

Came in 7pm Sunday……no chips. If I would've known I would've left before ordering. We come here for chips and salsa. THE SHRIMP A LA KORA WERE HORRIBLE!!! Pure Lemon from artificial bottle. It didn't taste like anything else. Disgusting
