Today I bought a macha latte. The person who served me wasn't very friendly. He didn't ask my name or tell me my drink was ready. He just put it on the table, hoping I'd go get it. He didn't even tell me my drink was ready. It was a very bad experience. I had it today. I was served by a guy with curly hair and a thin build.

Extremely disappointed in my visit. I cannot believe they allow ill baristas to work when it’s clearly a violation of FDA & food handling standards considering they serve food. With an increase of flu during this season I do not believe it’s appropriate to expose customers. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I will be contacting the health department.

But unfortunately the character who works in that place not all
Most of the time I buy they don't do me good sometimes it's sugar-free other times they give me something else
Other times they give you 1/4 of a cup of juice and all the ice the workers there have to know what we want is juice not ice if we wanted an ice pack we are going to buy it at the store
They should pay more attention to what they are doing

When I had gone in I got my drink and sat with friends but when I had left I had forgotten a bag and my water bottle I had called 4 times to ask if it was still there on the first call it rang for two minutes then ended. On the second time same thing and on the third time it went straight to the beeping sound indicating that they were no longer answer and after the fourth try I gave up
