Me and my other half have been here many times, we've never had a bad experience whether we walk in or go thru drive thru, my drinks always look how they're supposed to and are great, sometimes with cute little bites on them, absolutely love that. I've seen some not so nice reviews with people that say employees are uneducated as they spell completely wrong. We all have off days and thankfully I've literally NEVER had a bad experience with employees at any Starbucks in any town. I absolutely love going to this location due to the kindness, acknowledgement and drinks always look like they're supposed to, never with foam too just poured on and thin, so thank you so much for that. I say good job, good cute indoor seating, always clean, just an overall good experience 😁

Ordered only a cheese danish to be heated. Staff completely forgot about preparing until I reminded staff over 5 minutes after ordering. Store was not busy at the time, and there were 3 employees working. No real apology either for delay.

By far the least educated on customer service, these kids are standing in there, not knowing to greet anybody as they come in. He'd be standing there 30 minutes and they won't say nothing to you. It's the weirdest thing that the customer has to approach the employees

Today I bought a macha latte. The person who served me wasn't very friendly. He didn't ask my name or tell me my drink was ready. He just put it on the table, hoping I'd go get it. He didn't even tell me my drink was ready. It was a very bad experience. I had it today. I was served by a guy with curly hair and a thin build.

Extremely disappointed in my visit. I cannot believe they allow ill baristas to work when it’s clearly a violation of FDA & food handling standards considering they serve food. With an increase of flu during this season I do not believe it’s appropriate to expose customers. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I will be contacting the health department.
